AC VENTS REFURBISHED- 2004 Dynasty

2004 Dynasty.

Decided to check the Ac vents as it did not seem we were getting the proper air flow. Glad we did as we corrected all the old Silver tape that sealed the air vent tube. Pulled off all the old tape on each of the 12 vents and put on new silver tape resealing the tube at each location.

Old and new pictures included. This old one was one of the better ones, others were much worse.

Good info.  I know other Dynasty owners have has similar issues.  However, many of the roofs and the cuts and penetrations on other models and years are or may be different.   I have round vents and pulled out a few and they were much different than yours.  I only point that out so if someone pulls a vent, they might, as I did, have the design or issues.

Thanks for posting this and the photos. Losing conditioned air to the voids in the roof/ceiling is not good.
