Dick Roberts
$34,000.00 Cash Only - All/Any Offers Will Be Considered 1999 Monaco Diplomat 36B About 120k miles All repair receipts available, from the first repair under warranty to my last repair. I'm 3rd owner. 2nd owner never drove it and only had it for a couple months before selling to me. We bought this RV in Jan 2023, sold our home and went on a road trip that lasted over a year and 7000 miles. Awesome trip, But I'm old and tired so we bought another home and now it's time for someone else to go on an adventure. Repairs/replacements/service started in Jan '23. First up was replacing all six tires with new. Added a TPMS setup. Then a trip to Ocala Cummings dealer for engine and Onan LP generator service. Then to Lake City Camping World for coach inspection. (that was a waste of money). All systems test GO, so we headed out to our first campground in Alachua. A test run to make sure we could do this, as it was close to home and friends. Got the holding tanks hydro-cleaned by a local guy advertised at the CG. Headed to the beach, Beverly Beach CG, for two weeks and then hit I-95 heading north. Twenty miles up the road and had the dreaded front right tire blow at 70. Scary as hell, but no damage to the coach, and two hours later back on the road. Water heater developed a leak at a CG in GA. Ordered a tankless online and had it installed in SC at Angels Landing CG. Also had the awning springs replaced along with the rooftop AC's. Two new Penquin II 15000 BTU heat pumps. Visited an Allison Transmission dealer in Springfield IL and had the tranny serviced along with replacing all eight airbags. On the return trip to FL, we stopped in Laurel MS. Replaced house batteries with four new Trojans. Replaced failing inverter with Victron Plus. Both the TPMS and the Victron inverter connect via bluetooth to phone for monitoring. On our way to the FL Keys, driving down I-95, just getting into Miami Gardens, 5 o'clock rush hour traffic, in a rain storm, the alternator died. Chassis batteries started dying. Headlights got so dim I could hardly see the road, no turn signals. Managed to get off at an exit without getting in an accident. So glad there was an O'Riely's parts house there. In the morning the manager checked and found me an exact replacement for my leece alternator. It arrived the next morning. We camped in their parking lot overnight. The manager knew of a mobile mechanic, called him and he showed up an hour later with a helper. They changed out the alternator and I also replaced the chassis batteries. All is well again. Made it to Key West, awesome, and then to Marathon. Also awesome. Then back to our original area around Gainesville. Also have replaced the toilet room fan and the kitchen fan, and have but haven't installed, the bathroom fan. Also have the parts to replace the toilet valve and seals, but haven't installed them. The front CRT TV has been replaced with a flat screen. Original CRT TV still in bedroom. New microwave/convection oven. Norcold fridge works on both elec and LP, three burner counter top LP works. Replaced all three slide rollers. I'm old and tired and don't have the energy anymore to do the upkeep/maintenance required. Are you the new owner of this fine RV to start your next adventure? Inquiring minds want to know. All offers will be considered. Cash only. Delivery available after purchase if needed. Located in the Fort White FL area.
