Jeeper44
I found this in my front cabinet. It's an on/off switch with what appears to be a serial port labeled "maintenance". Any ideas what it is?
Marine Boy
Looks like the switch and data port used by KVH sat tv antenna company. If you don't have one, it was probably removed.

MyronTruex
I had that and a pile of other stuff inside the cabinet over the driver. Had some HD stuff for satellite that was about obsolete the day they installed it. Our in motion satellite dish was connected to the nightmare wiring. We liked the satellite dish as it was very easy to use. The in motion was more gimmick than functional. Hard to watch tv going down the road. And low voltage was always a problem for it so had to install a power supply near the stuff up front. Lots of useless information here, but all of that has long been replaced by HD stuff that really works. It is a bit finicky if I re-level and forget to reset the dish. But it works great.
