Just wanted to give some BIG KUDOS to everyone in this group, ESPECIALLY Tom Cherry! 😁 Because of a February thread on E1 error codes, I was able to resolve the issue by cleaning the phone cable connection in the front A/C (it was pretty nasty - see photo), and reboot the system. All in all, took about an hour before I finally tried cleaning the phone connectors, but without this forum and all of the GREAT PEOPLE here, I would have let my DH call a mobile technician (of course we all know what THAT means - $$$).
