08 Navigator interior step light replacement

Anyone know where to find these lights shown in the pictures? Can't seem to find anything in my searching here or other sites. They have that small metal cover that directs the light downward onto the step.

Bueller........Bueller.........anyone?   

 I have one of these that has a broken "chrome" cover.     Would be interested in hearing what others have used.

Biggest issue is finding a replacement that attaches with screws, as getting to the back side isn't possible in my current stock stairwell configuration.
