Had the same problem. Called Girard. Here is the fix.
How to fix Girard awning
Locate control boxes
Turn off power at breaker
Locate ACL Current Limiter box
Open the junction box.
there are 4 wires in and r wires out. All the same color.
remove the control board and wire the four wires in to the 4 wires out to each other of the same color. Should be Green white black & red. Use butt connectors.
Use the junction box to keep the butt connectors in

We are so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. We purchased two coaches from his company and he was a man of integrity. When we had a couple of issues he stepped up to make thing right. During the FMCA rally in Albuquerque, NM we had the staff of Paul Everts to our home for a NM dinner. He will be missed.
Condolences to Paul's family during this difficult time.

I have used a Hughes Autoformer for years. Would not hook up to any pedestal without it. It has saved surges on our coach several times. I keep it plugged in at home as well. Customer service is great. Sharing my experience

We had a similar problem on our 07 Signature. Washer Dryer and Rear AC would not come on. turned out to be the Intellitec 00-00714-000 Auto Energy Selector Module. Took awhile to figure it out. Then took awhile to find the unit. In our coach there are two of these modules. They were hidden underneath a panel in the rear closet. I replaced them both just not to have the problem occur again.

We have an 07 Monaco Signature with a Cummins 600. I have a 24' V nose Cargo Mate trailer that I haul a Harley Davidson Road Glide, a Indian roadmaster and a CanAm Spyder. The Trailer is a car hauler which makes a big difference when you have all three bikes in the trailer. Prior to this trailer I had a 22' v nose trailer that was a standard trailer was OK but opted for the car hauler instead. Also haul a show car on occasion. The coach handles it well. We take up to Northern NM though some elevations over 7,200' not a problem. obviously the coach slows down a bit on the hills but that is to be expected. Have had no problems with turning radius etc. The only issue I have run into is the coach and the Trailer are about 70' in legnth and some RV parks can't accommodate a rig that long. Most can, just need to check in advance.

We just had our coach air leaks fixed. There was a leak at the onboard compressor, one at the ride height valve and the most significant was at an air box that goes to the turbo actuator. You could hear the air leak. The air box had to be replaced $1,000 for the air box. From what I have gathered this is a common problem.

Slide creeps in

Our front slide creeps out. What we do is run the slide in and out about 4 times and that will clear Any air that could be in the line.
