I will be 84 in July and still do all the work on my 21 year old Coach. Not hard at all. Hate getting everything ready and then the clean up and putting everything away at the end. I jus keep a 6 pack in the frig's a reward when I am done. Get my oil at Walmart and return the old when done.
we don't use the coach much anymore due to wife's health, but it is always ready to go in case we need to leave.
Stay safe and be happy

Try PTL RV parts.
They built doors for lot of RV's and have the hold open devices for a lot less the $200. I replaced my cable system with their device and fit perfect.

Found the one's with the key, no lock out screw. Guess the one's with the key would work and keep them from opening. Thanks

Thanks for the info. They look like my baggage door locks. Will see if I can find them. Getting ready for new carpet and my hatch was just carpeted over. So will up grade it. Will make it a lot easier to access.

How did or what did you use on the rear access hatch to lock it down in the floor?

These are also available thru PTL Engineering, maker of the latch and lots of other door parts for your coach.
