When you get the coolant filter housing removed from the engine, look at the coolant passages in the engine block. In the block of my ISC the passages were threaded 3/4 NPT. I installed a 3/4 inch pipe plug in each passage and deleted the coolant filter completely as I had also changed to OAT long life coolant, no SCA required and filtering not as necessary.

the ARP studs can be installed after head is put in place, same as original head bolts would be installed.

Might suggest installing ARP head studs. Commonly used as upgrade in engines during overhaul and when upgrading horsepower.

Have had the strut mod installed on my Windsor for 3 years now and never an issue with the door twisting or being affected by the wind
