  1. Heater blower repaired. BTW my part no. is Motorcraft D8BH-19A706-AB. I did find one on Ebay.

But in testing the resistor, I found that the thermal fuse had failed. All I did was purchase one (6 for $7.00) from Amazon. I removed the failed fuse and soldered in the new. The fuse is rated at 240C, 10A, 250V. Easy.

Thanks for your help - got me on the right track.

I tore out an Aria Deluxe II over 12 years ago and installed the Magnum Opus Toilet. One of the best upgrades to my coach. I would NEVER think about going backwards.

the Aria II went through 3-4 motor/valve assemblies plus it always sounded like a farmer's thrashing machine so using it in the middle of the night was taboo.

A member here, Paul Whittle, would like to have the Magnum Opus if you do indeed remove it. I will let him know what you are intending to do.

I too have an Aria Deluxe Il and yes it thrashes. I can tolerate that for now, but the blade has begun screeching. It holds water and flushes perfectly. Do you have any suggestion for a lubricant to use on the blade and rubber seal?

Issue: Several DC lights and fixtures not receiving power.

Symptoms: interior house lights, water pump, dc indicator on electrical panel, radio, house exterior  welcome light all inoperable.

What works: seats, electric shades, jacks, overhead map lights, all systems needed to start, operate and drive MH.

I suspect the interior “Battery Cut Off” and have tested it the best I know how.

Can anyone tell me where that switch gets its power? I have found no blown fuses.

I have recycled both house and chassis cut offs with AC connected and disconnected.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Dan

Thanks for the ideas.  Last couple of key turns it's been silent.

Agree with the others, if so it will come back and WILL drive you crazy. If you can't change the switch as directed above, there is a fuse specifically for the horn; but obviously not a great idea to leave it that way. Check your manual for the location.

The black button is pressed into the holder and is held in place with small plastic ridges on the side.  I used a small screw driver and just pried it up a little at a time on all the sides,   Came right out.

Jim - Worked!! Just as you said. I adjusted the spring, cleaned everything and reinstalled the board - PERFECT. Thanks again.

For anyone doing this, keep in mind that there are TWO parts underneath the button, so try to notice how the little with "tab" is reinstalled.

    Thanks all!

  6. <so I actually took the module out, popped the top off the button and took it apart.  There is a small spring plate under the button that makes contact with the board.  It seemed like it wasn't seating correctly so I >

James - can you describe how you "popped the top off"?

2003 Windsor here with the same problem as many have described.
