New Sumitomos 2 1/2 years ago. Replaced old Michelins. Have run about 10,000 miles. 97 psi all the way around. All in the Southeast. About 7 mpg. Rides a tad firmer. ‘04 Monaco Knight 34PDD. Happy especially with price point.

Old fashion phone Jack?

Make sure the receptacle used for the fireplace does not go to the inverter. I fried a 1,000 watt Xantrax inverter by running way too many watts through it (over time) after I plugged in my fireplace.

Amish replaced backend 3 1/2 years ago in Shipshawana. I was told that a compressor driven all electric unit will perform even when the level is not perfect and the gas electric “absorption” method requires the coach be darn near perfectly level. I chose all electric. The fridge has been flawless, even the ice maker. The downside is that I am limited to 2 days boondocking because of pulling down batteries. Solar would solve this issue. The other issue is that the gaskets on the doors are 18 years old and don’t seal like I think they should. I spent about $1,100 installed in my ‘04 Monaco Knight 34 PDD

Tuned Bilsteins and new Goodyear bags on my Roadmaster R4R from Source Engineering. May be hype but it was definitely nigh5 and day.

There is another seal besides the ball and if it is not put in exactly and is upside down, it will leak. Study the diagram in your booklet. I can’t remember exactly how to tell you.

Hi All,
New owner of a 2009 Monaco Dynasty Yorkshire IV. Getting ready for our first stay at an RV resort in Florida and wondering if I need a pressure regulator? Worried that they will restrict the flow?
Thoughts?
Thanks!
I can’t believe an adjustable water pressure regulator isn’t standard equipment on every RV made with plumbing. My flow rate is fine.

If you mean sewer hose try Titan brand.

I own a 2001 38 foot Monaco Windsor. I connected a small heater to an outlet on the kitchen slide-out. Until a month ago, heater ran fine. Nothing was being operated when heater stopped running. Heater does ran on bathroom outlet. All outlets on kitchen slide-out lost power. Kitchen GFIC 20 amp breaker remained on and could be reset. Breaker passed voltage & ohm check. Replaced breaker = no power to outlet. Went from external power to generator = still on power to outlet. Probably missing something simple. Any ideas how to fix this problem?
I plugged a 1,500 watt small quartz heater into the wall receptacles. These receptacles ran through my 1,000 watt inverter all winter. It took several months but eventually the inverter fried. $2,000. No symptoms until inverter reset button started needing to be pushed and breaker began to flip.

In your notification, it says to call Lazydays to reserve a spot. I did but the lady said could not register me because of “new system” being installed. I called back the following week and she took down my info. She said they were not taking deposits and that I was registered. I never received any confirmation from Lazydays or paid a deposit as instructed in your email. I also need to rsvp with you Guys. I definitely want to attend. Thanks. Sonny And Sandy Hale.😎🤭

If RVA jacks I think I have a diagram showing the O rings in the valves. I’ll look for it in my library.

Any body knows why a hydraulic jack will retract about 2" every 12 hours even though their is no evident oil leak.
I should mention only one jack is retracting
For a 1998 Monaco dynasty
I hope this is the right forum for this posting?
Thanks

I need to replace both of my slide toppers on my 02 Monaco Windsor and am looking for feedback on sources. Is this something I could do myself or is it something that I should leave to the professionals. My toppers also extent out to make awning over window.

Last trip out we were hit by a few deluges of rain... My road side slide start dripping water from one of the light fixture in slide ceiling... ugh! I have been diligent about caulking roof, beltline, etc.. Have never caulked anything on top of slide... New slide toppers 2 years ago... The rain was accompanied by wind which I am assuming blew water between topper and top of slide... What to a caulk/seal to stop this? Previously I have scrapped old out stuff and resealed... Here there is no existing caulking.... The top of slide looks to be fiberglass(?), or plastic covering, no visible cracks, dents, tears... thinking maybe caulking the top to side angle bracket, has rivets, no existing caulk there now, of maybe EPDM roof tape? Anyone had this issue, and/or suggestions, thanks...

2005 Monaco Knight PSTThe slide Guru Cris Throgmartin at Talin should be able to diagnose this. It’s over my head but sounds like you are on the right track. The edges of the slide behind the slide seal must be leaking. Pro flex would be my choice.

We replaced the whole backend with an Amish built all electric unit about 4 years ago. Except for monthly defrost duty it has been flawless for 40k miles of fulltimin’. Shipshawana, Indiana.

We always schedule a stop at Elkhart Sales & Service whenever we are going from AZ to PA to see family. Tom Bumpus is one of the best Monaco/HR techs around. We're on our way now to stop there next Monday morning for some body and paint work. We have stopped there 6 times in the last 10 years. Always very happy with their work.

The Museum is a pilgrimage for all real RVers. I don’t remember much else going on in Elkhart other than RV manufacturing.

Protect a tow for 3,000 miles without a peck on 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Middle pole has bent slightly but no negative effect.

We put a Splindide W/D in our ‘04 Monaco Knight in 2018. The coach was pre-plumbed and had a vent. The previous owners had never installed a W/D and used the space for storage. We have run over 2,000 loads over 30,000 fulltime miles without any breakdowns. I run the cleaning cycles monthly and keep the dryer vent hose lint to a minimum. I cannot imagine not having one. We are mindful of load sizes but you set it and forget it. Do something else and come back to clean, dry clothes.
