  1. Two ways to proceed. Let the insurance company total it. They will consider it a conditional total because the parts are not available. Or fix it yourself. Parts from Visone in eastern Kentucky. I was the last month. A tremendous number of rigs in the yard. I was told there is over 2000. See it from google earth photo. Ask for jimmy. Very knowledgeable. $30k? Probably more like $50k today. Where are you located? There is an excellent collision shop in the Buffalo ny area. Call for more

  2. Some foreign object hit the A/C condenser underneath the coach, my 2014 44PDQ. Does anybody have information for its purchase? Checked all of the major Scrap yards but not luck.

Thanks in advance for everybody's help.

  3. Recently had the DPF removed and washed. There is a consensus that the wiring to the unit might not be correct. Does anybody have the wiring schematic or the wire colors to the terminal block on the DPF?

Issue is that the dash warning light for a "flush" is illuminated and will not extinguish. The request for a flush rocker switch works but there is no response.

  4. Does anyone know where the firefly computer is in a 2014  44pdq? Can’t find this bad and I have I digital issue with one of the switch cables. Probably a connector corrosion issue. Thank you.

I  am frustrated with the level of support from Monaco's newest owner so I am posting my question so that the audience can weigh-in.

I own a 2014 Monaco Dynasty 44 PDQ. The lighting and other systems are comprised of a multiplexer (MUX) system from Firefly Integrations in Middlebury, IN.

Does anybody have experience with this system? In particular, I need the MUX switch that is in the passenger side front slide out. It was missing when I bought the rig and I "assumed" it was an easy sourcing and replacement....wrong!

Emailed and called Monaco, no help. Emailed and left voice message with Firefly, no response.

I need the following if anybody can help

    1) The DIP switch settings on the back of the switch. A Picture of the front and back would be terrific.

    2) The location of the micro-programmable computer. I have looked in the left front basement door where the main fuse block assembly is, but nothing with the name "FIREFLY" or monogram on it.

    3) Does anybody know where the parts can be sourced from. Have tried all of the major salvage yards and no luck.

    4) Is there any location that is familiar with this system where I could take it to so we can get it corrected?

  5. I have a 2014 Dynasty 44PDQ with a Firefly MUX system. There is little to no help from Firefly and from Monaco’s newest owner. Here is the help I need:

    1) DIP switch settings for the right forward switch that is in the (curb-side) passenger forward slide-out. A picture of the front of the switch and a picture of the back side would be GREATLY appreciated. There are 4 screws that hold it to the slider wall. I am willing to pay for these pictures too.

    2) Location of the MUX programmable computer. I have scoured the basement locations and nothing has FIREFLY on it. Next is to follow one of the signal wires through the coach, removing a lot of basement covers to do so.

    3) Where can I source the switch? Tried Monaco’s support line and Firefly but that was a stone wall. Tried all of salvage yards and they do not have a coach.

    4) Is there a location where I can take the coach on the East Coast to have an expert work on it. I live on Hilton Head Island, SC.

I am not sure how to move forward and hope that there is somebody that can help me.
