  1. When you remove the board to replace the relay, check the printed circuit runs leading to the relay. I have had the AC go inop and when I went to replace the relay the high current of the AC  had caused the solder connections on the relay to fail and burn the copper runs.

  2. I have a 07 Endeavor. My headlights had yellowed and I decided to refinish them. I  used a product from Amazon called SYLVANIA - Headlight Restoration Kit. I had my doubts put when I applied the final clearcoat the lights looked like new. The process includes some sanding so I removed the headlights from the coach. That was the most effort.

  3. I have owned a '02 and a '07 Endeavor. In both of the coaches
the transmission temperature gauge showed very little response.
I did some research and found that Monaco had installed a
transmission temperature sender with a range of 0 to 400
degrees. They used a VDO brand sender and I was able to locate a
VDO sender with a range of 0 to 250 degrees. My Alladin system
shows normal operating temperature to be less than 185 degrees.
Most references to max transmission temperature show over 250
degrees to be detrimental to fluid and transmission life.
I found the VDO Part# 323-095 sender at the following URL.
     http://store.42draftdesigns.com/250F-Water-Temp-Sender-18-NPT_p_
     90.html.
I installed the sender with the transmission cold and lost only
a few ounces of fluid during the sender exchange. The new sender
is slightly longer than the old one but has not made a
difference in my operating temperatures. The advantage of having
the gauge work properly is a quick glance provides quick
feedback of the temperature while the Alladin screen can be a
distraction to find the right information.

This will make your gauge have a max of 250 degrees  If your gauge displays just a C mark and a H mark you will be happy. If you gauge displays degree marks the gauge will function but the written marks will not correspond to the temperature.

  4. This is an old Carefree problem. The awning roller is driven by the large black cap on the motor end of the awning. The cap gets its rotation from the shaft which slides through it. The cap is aluminum and the shaft is steel, with a single flat spot to drive the cap. Guess which wears out? The later motor assembly had a shaft with 2 flat spots  and does provide better drive. The caps on each end of the tube are identical and can be interchanged. Doable but a pain to access. Research other RV forums and you will find some individuals have either pined the shaft to the end cap or were able to use a set screw to accomplish the same. For a period of time a few years ago, if you provided Carefree with some info or pix they would send a new motor assembly free of charge.  I still carry my new one because I had swapped end caps  and and did not want to do a cap replacement a second time. But I am sure my time will come.
