I have a 2004 Maonaco Windsor 40’ and need to replace the slide out seals and the vapor barrier on the bottoms.   Any suggestions as to where to get them and installation tips would be greatly appreciated

Best bet is Talin RV in FL. Both for source of Guardian Plates (buy and self install or have them install). Note for slide gaskets you can by from several sources but The product from Talin is of better quality (more substantial) that what is currently offered by AP and  Steele Products (although also more expensive). Having had our seals replaced this spring at Talin, after I realized what was involved, it was definitely worth the cost to have them do it.

I used ZML-6705 from cleanseal.com

I bought enough to do both slides. It was such a pain to do the main slide that I still have an unused box of it for the bedroom slide....But...ZML-6705 is the upgraded material, at least for my slides. It is excellent and much improved over the slide rubber that came with the unit.
