I am wanting to tow a utility trailer behind my 1998 Monaco Windsor. After searching other threads it appears wiring for the brakes was started somewhere around 2004. I was curious if someone knew if there were wires run to the back for this purpose in the earlier models. Just looking for some info before I jump in looking for something that isn't there.

I am on my third replacement. I paid for the first two and then I discovered that Dorman warranties them for 3 years. So i got a free replacement for the last one.

For those doing the deep dive, you don't happen to have a good number for the replacement filters?

I took my surge tank out long ago. Never looked back.

after you dump, put five gallons of water in the tank and you are good to go.

My chassis batteries also get charged on generator or shore power via the inverter/charger, and the alternator can charge the house batteries. I replaced the solid-state isolator with a ML-ACR from BlueSea. But I now think a DC-DC charger and Amp-L-Start would be a better setup. If you change house batteries to lithiums and you want to charge them from the alternator, you still should have a DC-DC charger. And with the DC-DC charger, the only thing you really need to keep the chassis batteries topped off while the motor isn't running is the Amp-L-Start.
I am a little confused. I currently have the solid state isolator and an amp L start. I was thinking of adding the ML- ACR In case I needed to get an alternator on the road. Would not the amp L start and the DC-DC charger do the same thing?

Thank you. I have sent an email to him as well. The servo in the King is shot. I’m planning for the air throttle with an aftermarket cruise control I bought on Amazon.
What cruise control did you order from Amazon?

Maybe run a scotch bright greeny on the armature to keep it nice and shiny

Received my air throttle kit from Charles .It appears to be a very good quality and as advertised . My king control is still working So I will not be installing it right away So cannot comment on the installation .

I have been researching . it seems all the engines that are being worked on have the electric fuel pump .
that's why I asked the question about a mechanical pump . does it make any difference?
-
I have an 8.3 mechanical caps pump and mechanical lift pump .
would I benefit from a Fass install ?

take out the brushes and shine the armature up with scotch brite

if i leave batteries for extended time i make sure they are fully charged and then disconnect them.

Could be just frozen up. Try some lube and working it manually.
