What ever sealant you use, make sure it cures flexible or you will crack the windshield. I suggest you find a professional to do the job. Most auto windshield sealants cure hard.

You might want to keep in your mind that most all parts that come from stores like Auto Zone and Advance Auto are factory seconds. That is why I only use parts from NAPA stores. Chuck B 2004 Windsor

The less you have mounted on the front of your coach, the less damage you have if you hit something. Chuck B 2004 Windsor

I would NOT mount anything on the front of my coach. If you hit anything, you would be sorry you did. Chuck B 2004 Windsor

I am a charter member of this forum since around 1998. I do not recall hearing about a Monaco/Dynasty Diplomat. I cannot find one in the various brochette years. I once owned a 1998 Diplomat. It was the 49th Dip built, first one with a booth dinette. Back then, the majority of the Allison Transmissions built went to the Humvees.

How that works is when you have a loss, the insurance company will cut you a check for the depreciated value of your loss. When you send them proof of payment for the replacement, they will cut you a check fir the rest of the money.

Actual Replacement Value is the only way to go. After Mr. Depreciation Gets his hand on you, you will have what's left after Katie shot at it.

On all my insurance policies I always add the "Actual replacement value cost".

There are 2 blue wires coming from the furnace. A short on the blue wires causes the furnace to turn on. Purchase a mechanical thermostat. Mount it on the wall above the furnace. Connect the 2 blue wires to the thermostat. That will give you control of that furnace.

Thetfort has a tool to clean the seal. It looks like a straight screwdriver that is bent in a 90 degree angle that can be used to clean the O ring to get out the particles that collect there. Chuck B 2004 Windsor

Earlier I downloaded a used motorhome check list. Seems it has disappeared.

18 hours ago, Newcsn said:Wondering if someone can explain how the bay light system is supposed to work on our 06 Dynasty? My assumption was that the lights should come on whenever the bay door is opened (hence the little plunger switch in each bay). However, the only way our bay lights come on is if we turn the bay light switch on that’s located on the passenger side switch panel - and all the bay lights come on whether the bay door is opened or not.
What am I missing here? Thanks

Right on 96EVO!
My family’s business is 104 years old. We would not have made it this far without impeccable ethics and honest and fair and transparent pricing. No company should be otherwise.

Nothing to sort out. If that is the going rate, either pay it or sit on the side and let the law enforcement handle it. Might cost you more. Huge tow trunks cost a lot of money for the owner to own and operate properly plus the liability insurance they carry. If cannot run with the big dogs, stay on the porch.

Please do not type in all caps, that denotes shouting. You need to adjust the brackets that hold the switches.

Through the years this subject arises several times each year. Rebuilding the original alternator has been the best option.

I have been on this group from day one. Do you know who Al Poggy is? Do you know why Bill D started the Monacoers group? Do you know who were the charter members of the group are?

I have been on this earth since 1941. I have owned a motor home for several decades. During those 80+ years the laws of physics and nature have not changed. Only human opinion has.
