Is the thermostat set for a/c in that zone and at a cool enough temperature to bring it on? If so try to switch it to the fan only mode. If it runs, then I’d look toward a capacitor in the unit itself.

No power at all to this unit, fan has no power. the other zone 2 on this thermostat works fine.

I’ll assume you are checking the 120V at the control board on the roof?

Yes checked for power at the control board, none there.

If he has a Magnum pure sign he can set the voltages to match the lithium batteries. AZ wind and sun did a test and said it did fine. On another note. I tested my coach charging the lithium batteries with the alternator when they were down at 80% of 400ah. They only pulled 97 amps peek (I have a 200 amp alternator) so I didn't install a DC/DC charge controller. I will keep an eye on it as time goes on. I also have my engine lid spaced out about 7" so the engine bay stays a lot cooler then most. I full time so I'm never in the AZ heat. Most lithium BMS have a high temp cutoff at 79c or 174F.

Tim, I'm interested in how you spaced the engine lid out 7"s. I'm trying to find a way to exhaust the heat from my engine bay. Do you have pictures of what you did?

  3. Thanks Sir for your help. The southwire tech says neither one will work with my Aladdin. So I have ordered the remote display also.

    Everyone has been so helpful.

One other issue. I need a battery sensor for my inverter. Does anyone know where I can find one? Mine was broken off at the battery post.

  4. So I talked to Maryville Marine where I purchased the 40350-RVC3 about the 40450-RVC3. He said they both say they communicate withe RV. So he emailed the factory tech to ask him. Waiting to here back.

    Thanks again for your help.

  5. Sir, I purchased a TRC Surge Guard 40350 RV3. This is a replacement for my discontinued 40250 RVC. I did replace the house batteries as they were 6 years old. New transfer switch will be here today. I have searched my manual for how to set up my inverter charger to start generator. Didn't find anything on that. Can you point me in the right direction.

    Thanks Toby

Here we go again.  The OP did not include any information about what if any devices are in the circuit between the power post and the main power panel in the coach.  We are not mind readers.  Transfer switch?  EMS HW 50C?  Some devices can shut down power if the voltage is too high or too low.  It has already been determine that the RV park has power issues.

Not sure what you are saying Chuck but thanks anyway. Have a great day.

  7. Update I've been dealing with my mother's medical emergency. When I found time figured out it was the transfer switch. I was using battery power even though it said I was hooked up to shore power. Shore power was not working. Batteries would get low and if I started the coach it would charge them.  Moved to Jupiter today and knock wood it's back to working, guess the ride jogged it lose. New switch on the way. Alos found the heat sensor for the house Batteries was broken. Any thoughts on where I can get a new one.

  8. Power worked fine all the way to Florida. Got to Clearwater KOA on Saturday soon after hooking up power went out. Aladdin was flashing soon after had a medical emergency with my mother. We got back late that evening and shore power was on and working. Up Sunday and soon after shore power went out. Had to move to a new site in the park. Had a tech here check it out but everything was working fine.  He thinks the transfer switch is getting stuck. After returning home Sunday evening power was out again had to run generator all night. Up Monday morning and rig was out of level so shut the generator down and started the engine to level. Found if the engine is running shore power works. Any help or thoughts appreciated.

    Gary,

I would recommend reading through a bunch of the posts that have been made already by smart knowledgeable members who have already installed the ML-ACR System to their coach. Pay close attention to posts made by Vanwill as he was the one that recommended it to me back in 2017 when my Lambert Battery Maintainer failed while on our National Park Tour. Unfortunately being on the road made it difficult to order one and have it shipped as we were moving around frequently.

Simply go to the top on the right side of the Home Page is a search area. Type in ML-ACR and BINGO, you will have plenty of explanations, benefits, photos and installation instructions.

    Thank you sir

I just ordered a Blue Seas ML-ACR with manual Control from Amazon which currently has it for $140. They have been running in the $170 range.

If you been on the fence or just procrastinating like I have, now is the time to pick one up.

Rookie RV owner 07 Dynasty. So can you tell me why I would need this. I though my system already charged and maintained the house and chassis batteries. Thanks
