Thank you. I misspoke about the remote bring white. It’s black but ALOT smaller. I actually heard from a technician yesterday and he wanted our order # so I’m trying to find the order from over a year ago. I explained the situation and so far I haven’t gotten a clear answer. I think we will just put regulars curtains up! 

Our 2004 Windsor MCD shade remote ( original large black one) stopped working so we ordered a replacement. It’s totally different than the original (smaller & white) we followed the instructions but this remote doesn’t seem to be able connect to the shades at all. We contacted MCD many times and they have answered a few times but they never follow up when we tell them it’s still not working. Any suggestions or a better way to fix our shade is appreciated.

We are getting ready to leave RV park and all the slides in our motorhome went in like usual except the one on the passenger side, living room. It will go in a few inches but then it stops and we can hear clicking sound when slide button is pressed but nothing happens. Any suggestions appreciated.

He was very specific, helpful and patient. Yes we were getting a lot of other ideas however I was in the midst of trying to fix our electricity and not reading them. We bi-passed the salesman switch and the problem was solved.

We have a 2004 Windsor and the electric has turned off three times while hooked up to shore power. Twice we were able to turn it back on with the salesman switch but this time that didn’t work. We checked to make sure connection to shore power wasn’t the issue. 

Yes, they are electric. That’s what I meant by the key works. 

Key works but door won’t budge. 

One of our basement doors in our 2004 Windsor pwon’t open at all. 

No it’s the raised slide. 

One of our living room slides on our 2004 Windsor won’t go in. It starts and then stops after going in a little bit. The bay doors are all closed properly and the other living room slide goes in, so does the bedroom slide. 

Also, the backup camera decided to stop working too. 
We have to move it to another spot by tomorrow so your help is appreciated.

Only noticed with rain

I have a 2004 Monaco Windsor 40’  the drivers side second bay from front has been leaking  Its coming from the top  I have attempted to seal along the outside and no success  

I need slide out seals and to replace the bottom vapor barrier on a 2004 Monaco Windsor 40’

I have a basement door that is leaking. I tried to deal with a bead of silicone at the top edge. It is still leaking into the basement. Any suggestions
