  1. I’ve had this problem too. If you don’t get the dipstick down tight it’ll blow off and soak your engine compartment, rear engine cover and tow vehicle. I fought it on a road trip and finally used a couple of cable ties to hold it in place, but it’s only a temporary fix. When I got home I got a new dipstick and it’s been fine. Anytime you check your oil always drive a few miles and make sure that dipstick is still tight. It happened to a buddy’s coach, too.

  2. Hi Bob,

I’m Don, I’ve got an ‘05 HR Nav, too. I had an issue with my airbags letting air out of the right side when parked for more than a week. I believe there is a valve that separates the 2 sides and my mechanic changed it out and I’ve not had the problem since. You might have the same problem. As far as the gages, the air IS the left one, the right one is your turbo boost pressure. Keep an eye on the right one while climbing grades. Don’t let it peg, ask me how I know…I blew the turbo boot cover off mine in N. Idaho and had to get towed. Don’t do that either…I’ve had mine almost 4 years and have had lots of issues, but lots of fun, too. If you want send me a text 925-784-5165. I’m in NorCal.

  3. Hi Patrick,

I ran into a similar problem in January, the valve on my Sealand Opus 3110 (if I remember correctly) was stuck in the open position. Turns out the board in the back of the toilet was bad. There is a guy named Paul Whittle that responded to my plea on iRV2, he actually made the boards, same one as in his Signature. Check him out.
