    Maybe a strong magnet or a stud finder would give you the info you need.

    The interior entry handle on the dash was loose on my 07 HR Neptune. I was able to fit a piece of pine about 2"X4"X3/4" behind the dash on each end of the handle and run the screws into it. It has remained tight.
