OK…ASSUME that you mean the AC POWER BOARD…. 3109229.009. We call that the CONTROL MODULE.  Use this link.  This is “PROBABLY” the one you need….item 46.

    https://rvpartsexpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Roof-Mount-HVAC-Parts-List-3307768-014.pdf

NOW to be sure…you need the Model Number and SN.  You call Dometic or either someone like in the picture or BryantRV (google Bryant RV Air Conditioner Parts.  Call them and verify that is the board is the correct PN….FOR YOUR UNIT!

Then you can shop.  Amazon usually sells them cheaper….but you need the CORRECT (Verified) PN.

No one,  to date, here has commented, memory, on troubleshooting and rebuilding the boards….but that is not a 100% bet money on it statement….

DON’T ASK….whatever is below is something that Apple put in and I can't delete from iPD.  DISREGARD.

Got board from eBay for $157 and that solved issue. Thank you for the help Tom Cherry

    • Thanks 1
  2. First thing is to find out why it is not staying level. Is there an air leak and where. Until you get new compressor if that is the issue, use manual mode to level. My compressor went about a year ago and I haven't replaced it yet but will very soon. Just use manual mode after it self levels. Hangs a very long time before I need to adjust . Before I had a small leak and I corrected it.

LAST DITCH.  Swap the BOARDS.  That is the ONLY THING LEFT.  Try that....

BTW... DID you take the Front Thermostat and plug it in or use it in the REAR?  Assumed you did...but if not....try that.  Otherwise....swap the boards.

Good Luck.  Thanks for the feedback.  Let us know...

Yea did that and same issue. I even took the thermostat up to roof and plugged directly into the board and had same issue. When you say swap boards do you mean the boards that are in the ac unit on the roof? Do you know if and where you can get a new one if needed Tom Cherry?

His is different.  FRONT Thermostat only controls front unit.  One DATA COMMUNICATION CABLE  (NOT PHONE) from Thermostat to plenum.  Them attached to one of the dangling connctors.

He HAS power (12 VDC) to top control unit, otherwise Thermostat would not be functional..

HIS rear controls bedroom and then middle.  Might have a zone 4….

    @grizzly

I’D SWAP THERMOSTATS FIRST.  EASY. Just RESET each. You HAVE 12 VDC on a pair (2 wires) of the Two Pair (4 wire) phone cable.  That is what makes Thermostat light up.  Power comes from front control unit.  The OTHER pair is a “Multiplexed” signal.  It is NOT an on or off.  Pull front.  Clean the data cable and the thermostat female end….plug and unplug a few times….reset….NO JOY

YOU CAN take the front Thermostat to the rear.  Plug it in there.  The. RESET.  If it runs the rear  systems, then NOT the Thermostat.  There is NOTHING to set or change….plug and play.  That is easiest…..eliminate components.

go to page 8.  The cables are called DATA COMMUNICATIONS CABLES…..NOT TELEPHONE CABLES.  Order a new one from Amazon.  OR…Take Thermostat, assuming it worked on rear.  Plug it into one of the dangling wires from the control.  RESET.  IF it works…..bad cable….we can tell you how you fix,,,,

    BUT….NO JOY…..Swap controllers….if that fixes….new controller.

The above is the easiest and most logical procedure….

HAVE AT IT.  REALLY CLEANING GOOD is important.  I carry spare connectors….had to clean 3 TIMES and reseat….4 years ago….still working.

Have done all you said and still have the issue. I even went to roof and plugged in thermosates control into each individual slot on the board and still have the same issue. So I assume there is an issue with my board? Thermostats are good and wiring is good. Swapped the thermostats and still same issue

On ours, the 12V for units and thermostats comes through a 2A fuse in bedroom fuse box. May or may not be similar with yours.

Thank you that solved that issue but I still have issue with front unit coming on when I turn switch to on and nothing turned on. Did everything Tom Cherry said and still have issue

So I did everything and still have issue. Event when I took the thermostat to roof and plugged in the unit came on with nothing turned on except the off/on switch

  6. So I did everything and front unit still just comes on when turned on BUT now I have another issue. All of a sudden I have no power to either wall thermostats front or rear. Just all went dead. What could cause that? I am puzzled. Everything was working then bam nothing.

    Follow the RESET POSTED.

The Controller in the ceiling (the two dangling phone cables) does NOT know any polarity....as in it doesn't matter which one (from the roof top) you use.  It goes in ONE side and out the other.

Next up.  Use Alcohol and a Q-Tip and clean the internal (Female) contacts of each connector.  CURIOSITY....You should have only TWO dangling connectors....and only ONE wire (phone) cable) attached to ONE of them.  Clean the male ends of all of them.  It matters NOT which of the Dangling ones are used to the cable from the Thermostat. Plug and unplug them a few times.

NEXT...Do the RESET.  If this don't fix it.... NEXT STEP...

The Thermostats are the SAME.  You can remove the Bedroom one and take it to the Front.  Then plug it in.  NOW...you HAVE to do the RESET AGAIN.  Anytime you remove a phone cable .... RESET.  IF that fixes it...bad Thermostat....up front.  NO JOY....then next step.

You will have to GO TO THE ROOF.  Pull off the covers of the REAR and FRONT AC.  There is a CONTROL MODULE THERE.  Take a PICTURE of the DIP Switch Settings.  I THINK they will be the same...  ONLY the FURNACE is ON....no others...  BUT CHECK THAT...

Now, pull the Front and install (make sure the DIP settings are the same) the rear one.  GO BACK DOWNSTAIRS....Do the RESET.  If that works....then you KNOW it is the Control Module.  You can STILL BUY THEM NEW.

NorthWest RV "used" to have TESTED and/or REFURBISHED 5 Button T'stats... less than half the aftermarket ones...at the AGE of your equipment...  I would NOT buy a NEW aftermarket...

That's HOW you do it.  90 PLUS % (and I think that I have given this advice to almost 100 members over the years...and that is NOT an exaggeration) are connection issues in the cables.  You MAY have a defective end on a controller or the thermostat wire...  Folks buy the kits and replace the ends...

    Good Luck....  Let us KNOW...

Thank you I will do and let you know

  8. Have 07 Monaco Sig and when I turn on the wall controller for the front unit even if no mode is selected, the ac/heat pump comes on. If I switch to furnace mode the ac/heat pump stays on and furnace comes on. No matter what I do when ever I turn on wall controller from off to on the ac/heat pump comes on even if no mode is selected. I went up in the ceiling and changed the telephone ;ole cable connect over to the other one and that did t help . Is the controller no good or is there some other issue?

  9. We have been full time for 7 yrs and we only use water pump when not hooked up to city water or there is power outage and no water. But we also have been at 1 park for a very long time and the water is well water and very good so we don't worry as I take carry of the water system here. Very good water!

You know calif makes people pay according to income now. There are 4 tiers based on your income. You pay more so people with low income pay less and they penalize you if you conserve energy if you have higher income. New law passed. Not sure if it has been implemented yet

    Greetings,

My compressor for keeping the coach level runs every 15 minutes for 30 seconds. Must be a small air leak, plus the compressor is rather noisy.

Temperature seems to affect frequency too( I am in Vegas, January).

    What's the best remedy? HELP

Could be that your compressor is worn out. That's what was going on with mine. Inside the cylinder was totally gone. Also check for leaks in lines.Turn to manual mode and see if coach settles or go out and listen for a leak. Are your tanks holding air?
