    I had the same thing on my 2003 Diplomat, gauge went to high and stopped, the mechanic put a pressure gauge on anti showed good pressure, changed the sending unit, it works good now. The sending unit on the motor 330 cummins was on the right side looking towards the rad, 2 wires.

    I believe this is the original clear coat that was put on when made. Seems like a lot of work for this ( me ) 79 year old!! I will be checking at the body shops to see how much they would charge. Thanks to all that replied.🧔‍♂️

    I have a 2003 Diplomat and I would like to remove the clear coating, I live in Alberta CA and with our cold weather up here, right now is only +4 c. I have tried only a few products that are available up here and they do not work!!
