Have you tried to lift up the bottom of the cabinet.  All my floor cabinets have false bottoms that I can lift up.

I’ll check that out. I had no idea on that. Thanks

Connie, what model coach do you have?

On our 2004 Signature I found the connection for the kitchen cabinet rope light under the false floor that is for pots and pans under the cooktop.  It is 12v.

I found the connection for the bathroom rope light under the bathroom cabinet.  I removed the bottom bathroom drawer and was able to reach in under the cabinet and access that connection.

I purchased 12v LED rope light rolls on Amazon fairly inexpensively.  I was able to use them for replacing both the small fluorescent lights and the under cabinet rope lights.  The only caution is to avoid the very bright LEDs light rolls as the originals are only a warm white.

We have a 2006 Executive. That’s probably where it is. I will check and let everyone know. Thanks so much.

Ours is located in the slated access panel beside doors under sink

If I don’t find in one of the other locations I’ll check this one also. Thanks for the response.

  2. Does anyone have any suggestions how to access the connection for these rope lights?  I have like behind the trim, under the drawer, and in the cabinet under the sink. I have not removed the long piece of trim that runs from the sink to under the stove top. If anyone has had success or suggestions I would appreciate it.

John, Instead of chasing all the sensor, etc. You might consider BlueFire Adapter and software. https://bluefire-llc.com/store No I am not an agent or rep for this product that I have used for last 3 years in our 2000 Diplomat. BlueFire works through the ECM and gives you more accurate information than the many sensors Monaco installed on the engine. Be happy to communicate with you or anyone else about my experience. Having an older engine I do not get the data available to you with your 2005 engine.

Richard, Looks expensive and I can't find the parts they are speaking of in 2014.

Bill, I think you will be happy. There are many GPS based features so be sure and get a tablet with GPS or a cellular iPad. I've had it a little over a year and there have been some growing pains but it works really well right now. Read at least the first 20 pages of the manual before you do anything. If going with Android my self and many others will recommend the Lenovo M10. The dongle does not play well with everything and the M10 is trouble free. There is a large community on irv2 and on the BlueFire forum.

Were you able to plug right into your unit?  I’m not electrical, we are looking at is since the Aladdin is so bad for some of the items.

    Hi Connie,

I believe they are Carling rocker switches.  Do a google search for them. I have had to replace 2 of these in my dash.  Got them on eBay.

Just an update to our problem.  Still researching, but we have found that the TVSS Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor connected to the transfer switch box does not have the light on.  So we are looking at replacing that.  There is also another box attached to the Transfer Switch box would this be part of the Aladdin system?  It looks like it has 2 round glass fuses in it. Not sure what type fuse these are.  Thank you for all your comments.  Will keep you updated.

We had a similar issue. What monitor for the Aladdin do you have in your unit?  Do you have a second monitor?  Our main monitor was dark and out bedroom was working. We had help from this group and finally found out Aladdin and the front monitor is working again. It shows no shore power, we are still working out the bugs. We had to replace our transfer switch. Good luck.
