1999 Beaver Monterey, Trinidad floor plan maintenance

Does anyone else own a Beaver Monterey with the Trinidad 30' floor plan? I'd like to share maintenance and repair tips with someone else who has experience with one. I have owned mine since 2005 and have done a lot of work on it over the years. If anyone has worked on one I would especially like to know about accessing the fresh water tank, since it is buried behind the primary storage bay and I don't see how to access it. All the wiring and hoses run along the frame behind the tank and are even more inaccessible.
