  1. K7jv, THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! IT'S WORKING!!!! I removed the dog bone and 30amp. extension cord and plugged straight into the 50 amp. recept. Everything works, including the dryer. So, my question is.......Did the electrician wire my 50 amp receptable off of one leg instead of two legs? OR was it the 30 amp. dog bone and 30 amp. extension cord that caused the problem? Again THANK YOU for your input. Woody
  2. Switched to AGM from wet cells. I've reset the magnum remote to AGM. Is there any other place I need to switch?
  3. The washer is 120v and the dryer is 240v. And yes, I am running thru a dog bone from 50a to 30a back to 50a. The Aladen is showing 118v on generator and 122v on shore power. How do you tell if the 50a shore power is wired wrong? I think my "load shedding device" is behind the washer also. Whats involved in pulling the washer out to check the load shedding device?
  4. K7jv, my problem is that the washer and dryer will run when on generator power but will not run on shorepower. Do you an have any ideas what my problem is?
  5. Bob, yes, I pulled the wooden panel around the distribution panels as well and didn't see it. The wiring drawings said it is located behind panel as you said, as well as next to washer/dryer recept., behind TV, or under Bedroom wardrobe. Its not behind breaker box, nor TV, nor under bedroom wardrobe, so I 'm assuming it is next to washer and dryer receptacle. I'm not ready to pull the washer and dryer out yet. Thanks for your and others help.
  6. Bob, I removed the covers as well as the wooden panel around the two electric panels and it is not there. Then, I removed the panel around the breaker above the washer and dryer and there is nothing else there either. Any other ideas where it is located?
  7. Bob, the main power distribution panel is the one in the bedroom for the 120 volt power, correct?
  8. I have a 2006 Dynasty Diamond IV. I need to find the "power shedding device" and the relays associated with it. It would help if you could tell me where it is located on your particular model as it could be in the same place on mine.
  9. Bob, I think it must be in the "Automatic Appliance Selector", but I have no idea where it is located. I know you have a different model, but where is it located on your coach? I've turned everything off and waited a while and then turned back on and it still not working. I retightened the lugs in the transfer box. On the wiring diagrams, I've seen everything but the automatic appliance selector.
  10. Okay, We are talking about a 2006 Monaco Dynasty with an "Automatic Appliance Selector" . It gives priority to bedroom AC and then to the washer-dryer. However, when trying to run the washer-dryer at this time, the AC's are not turned on. With having the "Automatic Appliance Selector", I do not have a separate washer-dryer switch. To the best I can determine, the washer-dryer is the only thing not operating unless it is 120volt receptacles that I haven't checked.
  11. Dr4Film, I am referring to the Battery Disconnect Switch that is mounted in the battery compartment on my coach. And, when I crank up the generator, the dryer and washer get power. So, that tells us its the transfer switch, right?
  12. Okay guys, I've almost solved my electrical problem. Prior to this event, ever time I would turn on my coach shut-off switch, I would hear something in my RRB energize. Now, when I turn on my coach shut-off switch, there is silence. Something in my RRB is not energizing. What is it? Is it one of the solenoids?
  13. Hypoxia, they are separate. Dryer on top above washer. So, they would have two separate power supplies I'm assuming on the same power line and both appear not to electrified.
  14. Frank, I checked the GFI breakers , turned o0ff and then back on. No change. Dr4Film, do you know what that transfer relay looks like and where it might be located?
  15. In process of winterizing and when I tried to turn on the washer to run antifreeze thru it, would not turn on. I tried the dryer and it would not come on. I checked the shore power and I have 122 on one leg and 124 on the other leg. The residential refer is working and so does the three AC's. Checked the breaker in the bedroom as well as the breaker above the washer and dryer. Turned both off and then back on. Still no power. So before I start pulling washer&dryer out to get to the plug to check for power, what am I missing? Anything?
  16. Okay, I must have misunderstood the information that I had been reading back a while ago. I was told by multiple people that the braided hoses were not very reliable, so I took mine off. Maybe, I might dig mine back out and put them back on because it would take the hassle out of adjusting air pressure. Good to hear. Thanks!
  17. The standard valves work great until you put a tire minder on them. First, you need to remove the braided lines from the stems because they are not designed to hold pressure all the time. Once you do that, you are now trying to screw on a minder onto the stem on the outside dually tire, which means you are sticking two fingers thru a rim slot and screw it on without dropping it. Then, when you have to add two to three pounds of pressure you have to remove it, put air in and then reinstall. I've tried to get shorter stems twice when buying tires over the years and got turned down every time because they didn't have in stock and didn't want to order. I know they make shorties that you can turn 180 degrees to make access real easy. So, my question: For the people out there that have changed your stems, what did you get and where can I source them?
  18. I'm looking for the wiring diagram for the 2005,2006 Dynasty. Does anyone have one that they can email me a copy of? If not, where do I go to obtain a diagram? Thanks, Woody O 2006 Dynasty
  19. Thanks everyone for giving me advise. Yes, like most of you, you told me to check in the bathroom control panel for the heater fan switch. Voila, I HAVE ONE TOO. I've had this coach for five years and either never looked down to investigate or had forgotten there was a fan switch. I'm red in the face. But, everything works as it should. So, thanks again for helping out a fellow Monaco owner.
  20. Getting ready for winter. I have some time on my hands, so I thought I would investigate why my bathroom heater fan, behind the radiator, does not blow anymore. It turns out, if I hook 12 volts to the fans, they run fine. The fans are not getting current. So, its not the fans. What is my next step in determining why the fans are not getting current. Note: the other fans in that zone are working. Woody O 2006 Dynasty
  21. I replaced the water lines to and from the engine. When completed, I noticed the "low voltage" light on. What do I need to do to fix that? The AquaHot is a #AHE-100-04S. Woody O 2006 Dynasty
