Hi
Just bought this silver leaf for our motorhome 2003 Monaco with ISM cummins. Any members using one or information about recommending a good lap top or tablet that would be a good plug and play for the silver leaf. I was thinking around an 10 inch. Also a good mount .
Thanks

Thanks,
I have something making a sound very fant sound (screeching sound) when my engine temperature is around 195 or higher. And the check gauges light comes on and off very fant as well. My engine does not go over 210 when going up a steep grade. What is the normal operating heat range for a 2003 ISM? Any ideas what to look for?

My front one did the same thing. I plug in the rear and ran a 50 foot Ethernet cable to the drivers area and hook it to the scan D gauge.

Thank you. I haven't seen one of those on my Diplomat. I'll keep an eye out.
I never would of though it had anything to do with it. I was talking with pwhittle and he suggested changing it out. An wow it was fixed

Which breaker was it?
It was the driver side rear run panel. Mini breaker labeled VOLT REG 30 AMP

I had the light come on after an alternator repair. I changed out the relay for the ALT light. I didn't have any luck with that. I changed out the circuit barker in the rear panel. That fixed the problem.

You have a part number on your muffler?

I'm following this because i'm going to be doing the same thing soon. I know i'll be needing the CAC. Plus looks like my transmission cooler is in the radiator. Hopefully later. I appreciate how detailed you have been with pictures and places where you have made you purchases for parts. Please keep us up to date

I don't think it will help. But I will put it out here. I have a Scangauge D that did not work on the front plug. It did work on the rear plug just fine. After calling Scangauge D support. They told me I could return it. Or buy a 50 foot Ethernet cable and run it off the rear port. Being that one did work that is what I did. No problems works great.

Might want to rethink this. You won't be happy having to deal with the tow dolly. I did have a tow dolly this is the one I did have The KarKaddy SS folding one. When we bought the Yukon and started to flat tow. I'll never go back with a tow dolly. Just my 2 cents

I have hear problems when having the Detroit engine as an option. I would think that the ISX is just as heavy. I have not seen or heard of any issue with the ISM.

Trip tek 3100-x Trip installation manual
in General Motorhome Discussion
Posted
My front diagnostic plug in the drivers area doesn't work. 2003 Monaco Executive, I believe its because the wires from the plug are installed to the Trip tek. That does still work. I want to remove the wires and install them to a female black j1939 data link connector. Because I have a silver leaf that I would like to use.. The rear j1939 plugs works perfectly, but the front plug is a j1708 and does not work. I need a j1939. So taking the wires off the Trip tek I'll need to have some idea what is what. That is way I'm looking for an installation manual for the Trip tek 3100-x
Thanks for your help
