  1. While it may be good for the product advancement and availability it will be disastrous to the gen Rv pop since weingard is not interested in making it easier for its customers.  Twice I've had issues and twice they've made me climb the roof, take unit down, box up and ship to Iowa wait more than 2 weeks and I had to replace.  Weingard is not very customer friendly. They also are not very RV friendly thru Directv. They sell their product with no available service thru Direct. Jmho

  2. Hey guys, a little help. I have my 07 Diplomat  2 piece outside ladder that was in storage and now boxed and ready to ship due to a possible sale which fell through because of shipping costs.  The ladder is $200 plus to ship Simi Valley CA to Colorado and too steep for the buyer. If there is a way of getting it there cheaper or can anyone suggest a place to advertise it to dispose of because I no longer have a place to store it.  Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Everyone stay safe and have a great holiday.

  3. I'm drawing a blank and can't find on the internet. Can someone please remind this old man what headlamp replacement bulb is used for my 07 Diplomat. Want low beams LED replacement.  What is best place to get, approx. Price to pay and is it the (guess) 9005 or 9006.  How is Vleds or Amazon? TIA

Stay safe and happy holidays to all. Joel

  4. I'm trying to get a ladder shipped to one of our members, John Freeman, from Simi Valley CA to Longmont CO.  The cost of shipping is over $225.  Is it possible that anyone is going thru Colorado from Southern Cal anytime soon that could transport this box to John so he doesn't get so burnt by shipping costs. Or any other options out there that may be feasible.

  5. Hey ALL, IN SIMI VALLEY CA for awhile. In ventura County just nth of LA cty.  In need of full service reliable tech for welding of bracket in rear slide out, electrical work, inside house repair, very little mechanical except for maintenance of genny and oil change maybe.  I've texted some and they don't accommodate full timers living on coach or they need coach for weeks on end with no place to stay or they are into January also no accommodation.  Some one mentioned a good shop in Temecula where they accommodate fters.  Can't find the email. Would like to stay closer to home near  Simi.  Any thoughts. TiA

  6. So, I found a cute little baby mouse in one of my non lethal traps.  I took it outside as we were leaving and set her free.  Am I to soft or have others done this. It was so cute looking up at me with those eyes saying thank you and ran away.  Just some humor for an otherwise dull morning.  Stay safe all.
