  1. My microwave looks like it has loosened up or dropped some. I can lift it up and wiggle it. There is about a one inch gap between the top of the microwave and the bottom of the cabinet. How do I remove it to see if I can tighten it up.?

  2. Thank you, Tom. I got it figured out. I had 13 V at the 25A fuse in the rear run Bay. But the 10 gauge black wire next to it That supplies the power to the aquahot looked burnt and was loose. I took it on and off a couple times and then had 13 amps to the control board. Think I need to cut the spade connector off of that wire and install a new one for a better connection.

Also when the Motor was running.

And the burner ignited I was getting a little over one vault drop Add to control panel. Do you think that is normal?

Thanks again to everyone for all of your replies😊

  3. Aqua hot 600 D. Unit was blowing a lot of white smoke And shutting off. I performed the annual service of filters new nozzle and cleaned all the carbon build up. After reassembly it will not fire up. When I turn on the rocker switch inside of the coach , it does not light and the unit does nothing. Looking at the panel the red low voltage light is on. I hit the reset button. It will go out and then come. Come back on when I try to start it. Checked all the fuses I could find. some in the front Bay some in the rear Bay. They all seemed good. Also battery voltage is 13.3 house and coach. Any ideas what to check next? Thanks Rick

  4. 2005 HR Navigator. Was going to change out my fluorescent lights above the sink And the pantry. When I removed them I found No Voltage at the black and white wires. Also a problem at the switch cluster in front of the sink. I lost some of the operation there. The switches do not light up when I turn them on. No rope lights no baseboard heater.

But the ceiling lights the aqua hot diesel, the halogen lights and the water pump all comes on. All switches and lights in the front of the coach and bedroom are working normal just the kitchen has the problem. Also, the 110 outlets are all working in the kitchen.

I've checked the breakers in the bedroom. The fuses in the closet and fuses in the front and rear run bays. I can't seem to figure it out. If anyone has some ideas I would appreciate it.

     Thank you

  5. Generator died on my trip to OKC. Giving me a 27 code. Took it to Cummings OKC. They said needs a new stater and rotor. Told them to go ahead and fix it. They said they could not get the parts and that they were 6 months out On the parts I need!!!

I can't find the parts online , wondering if anyone else had any ideas? Roter 201-3506-s3 stator 220-4647-03. Onan 10k spec c.

Found a place in California that will rebuild them. But I can't get my old one to them and back in time for my trip home.

  6. Got it fixed!!!! I decided to get under there and give it one more try. He did not have the lines backwards, but he had the leveling arm in Is the wrong orientation. Spun it 180 degrees and everything worked like it should.

So that cost me nine hundred dollars with the roadside mechanic who put it in backwards.... I guess it could have been worse🤣🤣

I want to thank everyone for all their help. I know a lot more about the air system now.

  7. Went under there last night. I do not have the t handles. For some reason, when I put it in travel mode, the front will not raise. No matter where I adjusthe ride height valve. I moved the bar up and tried it. Then moved the bar down and try it no change. The front will raise in level mode no problem and stay up?? This is a brand new leveling valve.

This all started three days ago when I hit a huge pothole in atlanta. The front end dropped and when I went under there. The bottom fell out of the leveling valve. Had a roadside repair install new leveling valve and haven't had it right since. Maybe he has the lines backwards?
