Ray, would the dip switches on both units be set the same?

Where are the dip switches located?

Yes, it worked previously, zone 2 works.  Has anyone done the reset, I tried turning it off and holding the zone and the mode switches, but no luck. Is there a different way to rest it?

I have the Dometic Ac/heat pumps with the dual zone comfort control thermostat on my 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor.  In zone one the heat pump is not showing up on the thermostat, zone two has cooling, furnace, fan and heat pump.  Everything works in zone two and everything but heat pump in zone one.  Has anyone had this situation, if so what was the fix?

Jim,   I don't know the model, but news rigs today have a much quieter ac system, not sure if your existing ducting would accommodate the new quiet units, but might be worth investigating,  One thing that might prohibit their use is they the return air is not jn the unit, it's a separate return air in the ceiling.  The ducting might be snake to be adapted?  Good luck with your search.

Bill, I would look deeply at reviews and any other info you can find on Good Sam, I have not heard good reports on them.  Hopefully you will get some feedback on Good Sam from this forum.

When you pulled your box could you see the rollers by removing the bottom of the storage compact in the bed box?

Gary, thanks very much, that is exactly what I needed to see.  Are the rollers accessible by taking the bottom out of the bed storage box?  I'm thinking that I may have 14 years of dirt, debris, and other crud that needs cleaning, a little lubricant or worst case roller adjustment.   Are the rollers adjustable? I see you are from or are in Ashland, Or.  We're north of you at Woodburn.

Our rack and pinion bedroom slide with the bed in it is making a screeching noise when it is deployed and retracted.  I lubricated the track and rail from outside as well as pulled the cover under the bed and lubricated anything that could need lubrication.   Everything looked in order under the bed, but after lubrication I still have the screeching sound. 

Has anyone had this issue on a 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40SKQ floorplan and if so how did you resolve the issue?  Thanks in advance for any help.

Neil, are you sure the water stain isn't from a previous or current water leak? We had the Dane scenario with curtins on our '07 Holiday Rambler.  after investigating we found a leak where the large awning attaches to the roof.  we cleaned it thoroughly and sealed all seams on the roof with 6 inch eternabond tape, that solved the leak issue.  We washed the curtins in vinegar and soap, the stain was almost undetectable, but still there . However, the backing on the curtins dissolved into small granules eliminating their blackout effect.  We ordered some curtins from Amazon that had grommetsfor curtin rod.  We need 232 inches of width 48inches high to cover.  The curtins we ordered were polyester blackout 42 inches per panel 65 inches high.  We ordered 4 pairs and used 7 of the panels to give us good coversge.  My wife cut them off to 49 1/2 to allow for a hem.   We then ordered from Amazon 50 hangers with a hook on one end and a clip with teeth on the other end, we used 8 clips per panel spaced about 6 inches apart, at at each clip we folded the material to give the appearance if a pleat and clipped the clip to the fold.  Finally we went to Walmart fabric dept and bought 2 packed if 3/4 inches inches wide by 24 inches long peel and stick stick velcro, whichever attached to each each curtain panel.  We out a 2 inches piece pieces near the top of each panel along the seam, then spaced them down the panel approximately 10-12 inches apart with the bottom velcro about 4 inches from the bottom of the curtin. 

We are very pleased with the result and the curtins really darken the coach.  by using 7 panels there is enough fabric to appear that they have pleats and not look completely flat.

We accomplished this fir a cost of under $200 and 4-5 hours of our time.  The task that took the longest was steam ironing the wrinkles out of the fabric from being folded for packaging.   We hope this info helps you with your decision.

Thanks for posting the info Chuck.  Cummins seems to be heading in the right direction, however, it is highly unlikely that I will ever need to avail myself of that technology, I'm a little long in the tooth.

Google it you might find a deal.  I replaced mine on my 2007 Holidsy Rambler Endeavor, around $1000.

My slide with bed in it was squeaking very loudly when I deployed and retracted it.  it's electric rack and pinion.  I removed the plywood cover, did not see anything unusual.  I lubricated with dry silicone the track, rollers and other parts that might need lubrication.  I also deployed the slide and lubricated the track from the outside as far as I could get the silicone lubricant into the mechanism.  I deployed and retracted the slide 3-4 times and the squeak seemed to be much less than previous to lubricating, but still there.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated. 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40 SKQ.

Todd, we have our coach professionally cleaned in Arizona every winter, usually in March, then i use a spray on to keep it clean.  As for the roof I clean it again in September. After clean it I apply a coat if Mop n Glow to the top.  it works well.  I apply it with a sponge mop being careful not to let it run over the sides of the coach.  I did that once and had white streaks down the sides. 

Gary, give them a call. I get frustrated with trying to do things online when they have a problem with their website.  Telling them your experience might get the issue resolved.

Rick,  mine pretty much tops out at 120 and drop a little when braking.

Russ, I had that issue in 2018 ended up replacing the hydraulic tank and float valve.  After 11 years the tank had a minute leak ,  but the foam float valve also became saturated with hydraulic fluid causing it to drop into the fluid , which the alarm sensed as being low on fluid.  No problem since replacing the tank and valve.

Are the fluorescent ballasts in a 2007 Holiday Rambler electronic or magnetic?

Did not see brakes as a category for posting.

We just returned from a trip and when putting on tire covers I noticed excessive brake dust accumulation on the rims of both rear wheels, most on passenger side.   Had brakes checked in 2018, 85% at that time.  Coach is 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. Should I be concerned about this or is it normal.  We live in Oregon and most trips have come mountains with 6% grades.

Appreciate any help.

Rich, I am looking at replacement tubes vs the stick on you mentioned.  The replacement tubes you found at Walmart most likely need the ballast removed.

I have been looking at replacements leds for my fluorescents, what I learned is that some of them require removing the ballast.  I found some that work with the ballast, they are $17 each. You may have the type that you need to remove the ballast?
