Can you tell us more about your Aqua Hot, IE model number. Each outlet to the pumps has a check valve, they sometimes get stuck. Boiler fluid can get kind of gumming if your unit set a long time. Try tapping on them with a wrench. If you have the pumps with the clear plastic covers, the impellers are magnet driven. The motor can be running and yet the impeller not spinning.

I probably shouldn’t have worded that post different. The Aqua hot guy mentioned 3 times he thought it was the nozzle and I kept telling him that I put two new ones in. So I take the blame for all the parts. I’m glad your Amazon nozzle worked. I wander what the percentage of that do. I noticed today the 7 buck Amazon guy is now selling them for 2 dollars. It seems to me the brass alone would cost more then that.

I tried to buy parts from Roger back in February, he was my go to guy. But he was out of everything. He only has a few items listed now. He appears to be retiring.

I was surprised to read that anyone was using the Danfoss nozzles that are sold on Amazon or walmart.com. I bought two from Amazon that smoked really bad. After a Aqua Hot dealer replace a 1000 dollars worth of parts.I took it to a Webasto dealer. He changed the nozzle and it has work great for 10 months now. We called the USA rep for Danfoss told him a bought the nozzles from Amazon for 7.25. He almost had a stroke laughing so hard. He stated that they are counterfeit made somewhere in Algeria. He also stated Webasto and Aqua Hot pay 3 times that much even when the order 4000 at a time.

Do you have the pumps with the clear plastic covers? If you do look and see if the impellers are spinning. They are magnet driven. They can get stuck also from sitting too long? You might be just felling the motor spin.
