I am a Nuvi in coaching I have a 2005 Holliday rambler Endeavor. is been plug to a house 50 amp box ,i crank every 2 to 3 weeks for health issues i was not able to move it out now in north Caroline the weather get cold to about 25 degrees at night and my batteries get weak my question is where i can huck up the charger i have two banks of batteries one of 4 batteries and another of 2 batteries i have an inverter working all the time and run the 7500 k generator too once ana wile please advise pictures included I just check voltage at them and read 11.6 volts at the two black one and 12.6 at the red ones .

I think this year I am not traveling in winter I live in Winston Salem nc and winters are not that severe here my Rv is a 2005 Holiday Rambler 40 foot my question is it it works to cover the RV I been reading many articles and makes me have thoughts I need some Experts opinions .some covers are cheap some more expensive it can hurt the paint and cause scratches thanks guys any recommendations Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to all God bless you

Some are good ideas about carrying a spare but if you can carry one get a good road side assist plan a new tire and spare Crome wheel can cost you close to 500 or carry a just tire safety if you can just be safe than sorry if I can I will carry one you never know when you need it all cars carry spare why not RV a good Jack A big breaker bar a big Yorker wrench and nut remover a tire tool remover and take your time or wait till help comes and pay the bill thanks for all the ideas

I am taking a 12 trip to Nashville TN I have new tires but wonder how you carry a full spare tire I have a 2005 Holiday Rambler a endeavor and did not fit any the luggage compartments I want estaré just in case

Yes I have to hire an electrician he find a sensor in the gas lines behind refrigerator that prevent fire corroded also one electric plug is shorted on top of driver seat that triggers the GFI then he change the refrigerator back plug to the ice maker plug Wich has permanent current so far so good charge $365 thanks again

I have a 2005 Holliday Rambler. and been searching for the possibilities of buy an RV cover to protect the rig. I found this https://www.carcover.com/gold-shield-5l-rv-cover-for-class-a-rv-40-to-42-feet-long.html i am in NC has been very hot and thinking a build a Carport next year is this cover good as they said lifetime warranty any comments.

There will be a power cable connected to the top of the GFCI. There will be another power cable on the bottom. Sometimes there are TWO cables on the bottom. Please take s picture or tell us if there is ONE or TWO attached at the bottom.
Lets solve the GFCI issue first. This is 120 Volt AC and your Generator cranks or starts from 12 Volts DC. The GFCI should not be interfering with the Generator starting circuit.
Take the pictures and get us the information. Then we’ll tell you how to install the GFCI. BTW, the older the GFCI gets, the more unreliable and the more problems you have, especially in a Motor Home. It is acting like an old grumpy man and refuses to work….
Curiosity? Am I correct that you have a 120 VAC refrigerator and NOT a gas one? Let us know….then the “fix”…
I just unplugged the er. GFCI and by pass the receptacle and the refer works and all the plugs I may plug the GFCI backwards but thanks all I will try again today but is my wife Birthday and our 40 Anniversary

I run must of the text you mentioned still not power going in. I will open the main sub panel to check the breakers thanks a lot is frustrating

The GFCI is still protected by a breaker in the main or subpanel, did you check to make sure it has power coming from it?
I am going to open the Sun panel no power at all going to GFCI

You are Wright I just installed a new HFCI same results not power at the outlets I lost power somewhere my microwave is working the inverter is working I miss power somewhere all the lights works a/c works no fuses blow out can’t figure out thanks again

I did turn my reffer to LP gas and is working but still no power an any outlets I did check the converter no blow up fuses or reley
i will get picture in a minute

good idea but i check for voltage in the GFI and get noting so i wonder were the power to GFI come first

My 2005 Holiday rambler Receptacles are not woeking I have a GFI on the wall of the batroom and is trigreting and now did not release also My refrigirator is not getting power the majority of outlets has no pawer, i did check all fuses inside and out ,and my converter is working,no blow fusess also I did notice my Generator is not starting from inside switch but it crancks from the out side generator switch ,it happens before and I did reset the GFI on the batroom and all did not get energized but today I did move the RV and disconected from home power come back and conect the home power but my GFI power outlet is not releasing any comments or Ideas thanks

The original carpeting in this rv where working fine and has a pad as insolación and road noice also helps the sides to coming inside out smooth so I am voting for a nice new carpet and insulation but my wife has a different opinion about carpet ease to install because removing the old carpet all a way around is a pain in the rear time consuming I get estimate doing my self new carpet less than a 1000 paying someone to do vinyl at least 3000 or more plus materials and I will not do tile at all

I am reading articles and look at old and new RV floors Our carpet on a 2005 Holiday rambler is showing some tear and wear we talk to Lowes, Home Depot,floor liquidation,and different floor distribution stores they mayor concern is high and lows temperatures they recommended peal and stick floors and change the subfloor to a new play wood plus Luan on top to make sure is smooth,I like Vinyl Planks but they are floting interlock I appreciate all you guys this Monacors place is an encyclopedia of thousands of good people knowledge and experience I am glad for you articles and learning

My tires are Sumitomo 275/70R22.5 Made in Japan tire pressure 105 I think my Gear box has to much play or has air in the lines or something the steering wheel is to soft too loose but turns perfectly

I have a 2005 Holiday Rambler Endeavor We just installed a brand new set of tires driving to south we noticed the the steering wheel is to soft and too smooth tends to verlo go to the right but I feel something wrong maybe is me but I was expecting a little bit more stiff steering wheel
