Electrical shortage

While coming home from my last trip, my rear view camera and radio started going blank for about 30 seconds and then come back on and  continued to do this, not on a schedule, for the remainder of the trip, which was about four hours. I’m thinking it is a grounding issue. What do you guys think? On a 2006 Dynasty, where do I need to search under the dash to find the ground bus bar?

I would first suspect a loose feed cable into the back of the monitor or the back of the camera. That traveling earthquake tends to loosen them up over time. Your ground bar though will be located in the front, behind the generator slide on the firewall.
