Front Shade Reprogramming

I reversed the front window shade because it had a lot of drag along the curved vinyl molding. Is there an easy way to reprogram the multiplex system to reverse the motion when the raise/lower button is pressed. I thought I could just reset the upper and lower stop points but that did not work. It is an auto motion shade.
