  7. 2 ounce plastic, cylindrical container with brush applicator. White paint for 2008 Diplomat. I had to buy 4 ounces for the paint shop to mix the paint and one container is enough for me to do touch up around fuel fill areas, scratches on storage bay doors, edges of bay doors hurt while putting screwdriver in to tighten screws etc. $30 plus shipping. Brand new as of yesterday, 5/13/2022. Jim McPheters ,08 Dip

  10. The nuts encounter the pex connections before releasing the Fixture. Jim
  11. I undid the threaded nuts and they were too close to the pex fittings to release the shower Fixture. Jim
  12. The shower fixture is cracked in the area where water feeds into the shower hose. Also there is a leaking pex fitting behind the Fixture which means it's also behind the large white panel that holds the Fixture. What is best way to get behind the panel so Fixture can be replaced and leak can be repaired? Jim McPheters 08 Diplomat, 40 pdq
  13. I have heard of and seen the Talin plates. Did you use expandable rivets or countersunk screws and if so, what length were the screws. The bottom of the slide has not detached from the sides yet. Is my patch how it all starts? Jimmymac I haven't used ice maker for 7 or 8 years. Do it the old fashioned way with an ice cube tray and travel with friends that have a prolific ice maker.

  15. Bottom of slide on corner nearest refrigerator has an area about 3 to 4 inches square where some wood splinters have come off along with what appears to be some kind of adhesive, kinda looks like duct tape. Any ideas of cause such as slide out of adjustment, possible water damage. Rest of slide is tightly sealed on sides and bottom. Can this be patched with epoxy or similar or does whole slide need to come our for a look see? 08 Diplomat 40 PDQ
  16. I have a pair of Velvac bases labeled as C7094910 Base(9"RAD) BUS ARM MIR ASY CHROME, but not sure what they go on. Someone told me they were for a 2007-2008 Mandalay Bay. They are still in original box dated 01/29/01 and brand new. If anyone knows anyone with a need, let me know. Jim McPheters 08 Dip
  17. Mine was in the service bay, behind the big panel, on the right hand wall. Jim McPheters
  18. Quick update, installed new latching controller, all is well. It also controls the tank test switch on the monitor panel in the hallway. Thanks again to all responders for sharing their knowledge. Jim McPheters 08 dip
  19. Thanks, I asked for any and all. Hope that covers it, and specifically for pump and relay. Jim
  20. Thanks, I saw that site reference the other day and will follow-up. Jim
  21. Sadly I have no wiring diagram. I have already removed monitoring panel a couple of times, nothing there but wires. Also removed fuse panel at rear of coach and looked behind there, no luck. Will consider wire tracer. Thanks for taking time to reply. Jim 08 dip
  22. Thanks for the incredibly prompt replies. My 10 amp fuse is in fuse panel in rear bedroom. I find no sign of a relay near there, nor an in line fuse near the water pump in the service bay or any other relays. I know it's possible the pump is gone, but want to rule out other items first. Pump is going to be a bear to remove. Jim 08 Dip I was able to apply direct power to the pump today and it worked fine. Also searched every orifice I could find in coach and never found any sign of a relay or even a green circuit board. I did find a couple of great hiding places or storage areas during my search though. Been in service bay, under all 3 sinks, top of water heater, outside compartment of refrigerator, compartment next to service bay, by inverter etc. None of the 3 momentary switches will activate the pump. Maybe just replace the 10 amp fuse for kicks. Any of you have an 08 diplomat 40 pdq specifically? Jim McPheters 08 dip
