Thanks. We did try tightening it. It worked for a few days and then went right back. I think we'll get it replaced.

We tried cleaning our connection with no improvement. Haven't tried connecting to 12 volt yet.

Our 08 HR does the same thing. Our motor has been replaced but it is still going slow. We've talked to service people and they have said that the wire is too small and not grounded good. It would be a pain to try to redo it.

Here is a pic. Dale tried tightening up the screw and it worked for about a week before loosening up again. Took me a minute to figure out how to add a pic. There are no markings on it to identify who made it.

Our kitchen faucet will not stay on when on unless you put it on all the way. It will slide down until it turns itself off. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it? We have a 2008 HR Endeavor.

We have the on the go one and it sits outside. We have had it almost a year and love it. The regeneration doesn't take long. Just follow instructions. We are in AZ and it was highly recommended here.
