Filter minder
JeffM31 replied to JeffM31's topic in Engine, Transmission, Engine Cooling, & Hydraulics
When I bought it, it was almost to red. I did all filters and usual maintenance then have only taken it out twice so far. It’s just boggling my mind of why it’s doing this. The power and everything seems to be there too. -

JeffM31 started following Question I found out why my Cummins 400ISL... , Filter minder , Rubber Grommets for taillights. and 2 others

Hello everyone, Quick question, last trip the filter minder would pull to almost the red line. Yes, it has a brand new filter. I figured the minder was old so I changed it. Next trip same thing. Is the black hose coming from the top that restrictive? Also the green pvc IMO extends too far up behind the intake grill. I have checked everything for any restriction anywhere. Thoughts please.

Good morning, Does anyone know the number for the rubber grommets that hold in the taillight on an 06 Diplomat? I found some nylon ones I believe that are correct. The lights are from Dodge from what I have found??

At least it was cheap. I ordered the icon one.

Decided to finally change the cracked neo-angle skylight on my 2006 Diplomat. I took pics along the way. 3 hours start to finish. Tomorrow I will add eterna-bond tape to it for the final. Really not that bad to do. I did a little extra retaping inside the opening, painting that black, and the inner piece black. Great amount of light being smoked. Hope this helps someone.

I think I answered my own question. Looks like 2x3 and 3x3 were always 15 tooth 2x2 said 2013 and below

Good evening, 2006 Diplomat 40' flush floor slide. Im looking to order the gear packs for the slide. The question is do I need 18 tooth or 15 tooth? I took one out and it was a 15 tooth. When you search online it says lippert components made before 2013 were 18 tooth. Did mine get changed somewhere along the way? Thank you as usual

Yes please, Jim. I believe I read your post elsewhere about one of turbo el's collapsing. -

Well just an update. After changing the 3 PPV's and fixing the tees leaking, all is well. I charged the air system to 90psi with my compressor and it has been sitting for 2 weeks now. I am now down to 50psi and she is not leaning like she was doing. I call it a win. -

No six pack. There is a Ppv valve on the rear for each set of bags. It leans left once the air leaks out of the tanks. Right side stays up. It just started doing it a few weeks ago. I think I’m just going to change them and see what happens. -

So this is my issue and my theory. I have soaped everything multiple times and the only leaks I found are the swivel tees. Now to my issue. After about a week my coach leans to the side. I believe what’s going on is the tees are emptying my tanks and the Ppv valve is not sealing and if you will flowing backwards. This morning I took it apart and found only a microscopic piece on the sealing edge. I took a wire wheel to find any markings I could and there is not one single mark it to identify the brand or anything. I did find pretty close to the exact thing online but instead of 60-65 they were 70-80. Does anyone see an issue with 70-80? There has to be a reason they put in 60-65 from the factory. -

I have 3 on my coach. 2 at the rear tank 1 at the front tank. They leak and the tees leak. -

Yes, I was thinking about putting non-swivel back on. All 3 leak if they move just a tad. The PPV I may try to find the same one. I know they do the same thing but for space the smaller the better for mine
