My question IS,,,,, where can I get those IDENTICAL, connectors?   They ARE everywhere, double, triple, quad, and more.   I have a couple of places I could tap in to for work I want to do, IF I COULD find a directly compatible connector.   I have become tired of using  work arounds.

I saved this a while back. Try Digikey  maybe maybe not

Your gona find loads of those on a Monaco built coach!

They installed the same wiring harness, whether it was going to be a 'bare bones' coach, or fully loaded with every option available!

Couple of examples... In my PS armrest, coiled up is wiring for every patio awning available.

In the DS armrest, is the wiring for a 2 stage compression brake, even though the '08 Scepter only came with a exhaust brake..... but the Dynasty of that year did!

One more..... There's a plug dangling at my front hyd pump, likely for a hyd gen slide. I don't have a hyd gen, but the equivalent Beaver model did.

Yes, I have found lots. Im just curious of what this plug is    Always hot 12v

It is from M11 spec document, there should be one for your respective engine. Not sure if in the coach manual.

Found it on Quickserve, from this 10 is normal??? Maybe I am for sure chasing nothing

Before I went to that trouble, I would disconnect the intake at the filter inlet, zero the filter minder, and take her for a run with some hard pulls, getting your turbo boost up to max.

Yes I was thinking that too, I have to wait, I have her tore apart at the moment changing coolant, belt, hoses, pulley, etc.

Question of the hour, which minder is supposed to be on there?  Mine max is 25 I see donaldson has a 30. Am I chasing a lost cause due to the wrong minder on there?

My indicator is screwed directly into the intake elbow after the filter.
I have removed it and sucked on it, (don't laugh), and it did move and lock in position.

Hahaha I sucked mine too. 🤣🤣 My indicator is remote to see it easy. Open the rear doors and bam it smacks you.

@dl_racing427 David, if it stays always at zero I would suspect either a bad indicator or a leaky or plugged indicator line.  These devices go bad over time.

On my coach, after driving and reaching boost pressures of 25psi plus, the indicator will show around 3-5 inches H2O for a new filter.   I will always reset the indicator back to zero after each trip.  At least this is my experience.

This is what mine seems to do

So just an update, I tore it all apart and there is absolutely nothing in it or anything that could collapse. I have 2 quite hard elbows that seem to be plastic from the filter to the turbo. Just weird IMO.  I stuffed some rags in the there and blew out the 1/4" line to the minder but it was clear. I guess I just have to reset it after each trip. Maybe just a poor design or placement of the minder tube on the intake?

How did the Filter-Minder react to the old air filter on all of your previous trips before changing out your air filter?

When I bought it, it was almost to red. I did all filters and usual maintenance then have only taken it out twice so far. It’s just boggling my mind of why it’s doing this. The power and everything seems to be there too.

If you don't find a restriction, it's possible that under load, a hose is collapsing.

    True. I may look deeper

What is your turbo pressure showing, is it running within spec for are you seeing a drop at high load?

    I can’t remember 28 maybe

  9. Hello everyone,

Quick question, last trip the filter minder would pull to almost the red line. Yes, it has a brand new filter. I figured the minder was old so I changed it. Next trip same thing. Is the black hose coming from the top that restrictive? Also the green pvc IMO extends too far up behind the intake grill. I have checked everything for any restriction anywhere. Thoughts please.

  10. Decided to finally change the cracked neo-angle skylight on my 2006 Diplomat. I took pics along the way. 3 hours start to finish. Tomorrow I will add eterna-bond tape to it for the final. Really not that bad to do. I did a little extra retaping inside the opening, painting that black, and the inner piece black. Great amount of light being smoked. Hope this helps someone.

  11. Good evening,

2006 Diplomat 40' flush floor slide. Im looking to order the gear packs for the slide. The question is do I need 18 tooth or 15 tooth? I took one out and it was a 15 tooth. When you search online it says lippert components made before 2013 were 18 tooth. Did mine get changed somewhere along the way?  Thank you as usual
