Tier 1 is $10; 20/30/50amp electric. Tier 2 is $15; 20/30/50amp electric + water. Tier 3 is $30; 20/30/50amp electric + water + sewer. We didn't feel $15/night for sewer was worth it. We spent a few days and paid the extra on the last night to dump the tanks. First come, first serve. I came across your blog and noticed we have some things in common. We stay 4 months at Cottonlane RV in Goodyear, Az. Have not yet toured the White Mtns yet. Our coach is just like yours.
