Back up camera "cover"

Took my 2004 Dynasty in for some service, long story but they had the coach for 4 months for a repair that should have been be done in a week! After finally getting coach back it was coated in dirt from having been parked outside in a dirty lot.  So I get the coach detailed and discover I'm missing the rectangular piece that hold the back up camera in place.  It didn't just fall off but they completely deny any responsibility, which I'll be dealing with them.  In the meantime I looking for a replacement to secure the camera. Not worried about the color matching as I can paint it.

Any plastic trophy would be perfect, and easy to cut.  Just gotta find someone with too many plastic trophies.  If you're in N GA I'll hook you up.
