2001 Monaco Dynasty Shower skylight

does anyone have a part number or a source for a replacement for the neo-angle shower skylight on a 2001 Monaco Dynasty 38 Jack? The inner dome measures approx 29 1/2 x 24 x 12. haven't gotten on the roof yet to measure the outer dome. We are getting a small amount of moisture between the two domes. Thinking it's time to replace.
