The arm installation instructions on mine are "Torque to 35 FT Lbs. wait 45 minutes and re-torque to 35 FT Lbs." They are Wiper Technologies arms on mine.
When "replacing the link", (aka: "in new link installations"), torquing the nut as described forces the "hardened" spline on the motor shaft into the tapered bore in the "softer" metal link.

I was told by SeeLevel that "aluminum duct tape" on or near their tank sensors would cause false readings.

Help Please, we have a classic 1994 Dynasty just like Bill's, a water leak developed under the passenger side mid bay. Removing the cover plates to the bays liquid tanks reveals that this bay houses the water holding tank and the black water and grey water holding tanks. The leak was from the vacuum break behind the toilet above the black water tank, got the part from Amazon and fixed the leak, However before I replace the cover plates for this bay, I would like to replace the tape sensors for the 3 holding tanks. ( the tape sensors are scratched, peeling off, deteriorated and sending out pour data} This is where I could use some help from anyone who owns and older classic coach like ours or who has already replaced these tape sensors, does anyone know who made the system? Where I could get some new sensor tapes? Thanx in advance, H and M Collin, Classic 94 Dynasty pushed along by an 09 Honda Fit!

Is yours a SEE LEVEL tank monitoring system?
If so, try here: https://www.rvupgradestore.com/Seelevel-II-710JS-Sensor-Board-p/710JS.htm

I've got an issue with one of wipers (driver's side). I had one guy look at it and he said the issue was that the "teeth" connecting the motor to the wiper assembly were worn down. Anybody ever experience this? Do I need a new wiper motor? Blade assembly? Connectors?
Tks!

You may need a new link to replace the original link attached with a nut to the "hardened" splined shaft of the wiper motor.
If/when the nut that holds that link it in place loosens... the softer "teeth" in the link connecting the motor to the wiper assembly can "strip out".
However sometimes simply cleaning out the splines, (on the shaft of the motor), and then re-tightening the nut will force new threads into the softer metal link.

I spoke with Lazydays and Justin is a new hire and in training. He was not informed by Staff about the Gathering and how to handle the Reservations for the group.
Lazydays released the balance of our sites to be rented because there was not any more Members making reservations and they were need the sites as the Campground is full. They held them for as long as they could.
They told me that you should call everyday to check availability for a site for the whole gathering.
They have had another cancellation today, so you might call and see if you can get that site. They will do there best to try and accommodate you. Try to speak with either Barb or Rebecca.
David
Are you saying that the "new hire training" at Lazydays is the cause of John's problem?
If that's true, methinks that Barb or Rebecca, (or someone higher up the Lazydays food chain), should:
1.) Arrange for John to have a reserved site for the whole gathering.
2.) Call John with that news. (and an apology).

I am about to do the first oil change service on my new-to-me 99 executive with the M-11 cummins. I have seen oil capacity at 10.3 gallons, and maybe less with a smaller oil pan. anyone know how Monaco configured the M-11 in the executive. ?
Big Jon
I suggest you call Cummins Care at 1-800-286-6467 with your engine serial number handy and ask that question.
(IMO nobody knows your particular Cummins engine better than Cummins).

Today I received 2 email messages from the old Yahoo group...(https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups)....One with subject: "How to Reply.txt" ...and one with this subject: "MonacoersMonthlyMsg.txt"
I was able to reset/edit the "method of delivery" of the Monacoers Yahoo messages FROM "Individual Email" TO "No Email"... (which should fix that).
Message Delivery :- Individual Email
- No Email
Isn't it time to officially/completely/finally pull the Yahoo group's plug? -

The Yahoo Monacoers Group no longer exists. When you log into the Home page you get the notice that the site is no longer accepting posts or Memberships. It is only an Email site.
In the upper right corner of the Home page is the Icon for mail. when you click on the Icon it will take you to your email page. Any emails that you have saved prior to the site closing done will still be there and you can send and receive Emails like any other email site. Depending on how you set up you email account to send and receive emails anyone posting and sending an email you may get the email and you can respond to them.
Hardly anyone is monitoring the site and I have left it up so that any late comers who go to the site will get the message we have moved and have the instructions on how to log into our new site.
Eventually, sooner than later, I will pull the plug on the site and it will go away. I want to leave it up to give those Members who have not signed in to our new site the opportunity to do so.
Unfortunately some members have not paid attention or read the instructions and will post in an email thinking they are posting to the group, which they are not.
So, if you are receiving emails from some of these members try to educate them as I do and let them know they have to go to the monacoers.org web site and sign in to get help with their problem.
David PrattThanks for the explanation.FYI for me the Monacoers Yahoo group no longer works as an Email site, (or in any other way).BTW I just now sent the following email message to both Nate Atwood and John Van Doren, (the two individuals from whom I have recently received Monacoers Yahoo Group email messages):I suggest you post your "Monaco related messages" here: monacoers.org ....( because monacoers.org has completely replaced the former Monacoers Yahoo Group).- 1

Although I can no longer read or reply to messages at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Monacoers/conversations/messages I have recently received four posts/messages/questions, via email, from (monacoers-noreply@yahoo groups.com)... the old Monacoers Yahoo group...(1 yesterday... 3 today)....Two were posted by Nate Atwood, ( nathanjamesatwood@gmail.com )... one by Bud K , ( De budleekam@aol.com)...one by John Van Doren, (johncvandoren@gmail.com
1.) How, (why), is that possible??
2.) Why are these "Group Email Addresses" still here on the Monacoers Yahoo Group info page: ( https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Monacoers/info )?

Mel, that specific one has male threads however our coaches require female threaded fuel caps.
Richard & Mike
This one is available with either female or male threads: (See "Choose Options" following "Description:"
However for 2 inch female NPT tank connections you may need to order their SS750200 MNPT x MNPT Adapter.

Ivan, That's probably a pretty good assumption. This is what's behind those two bay doors and it's the drivers side that can't be locked. Kind of funny they even bothered putting a lock in the small access door on the drivers side. 🙂
Thanks Mel. Yeah, the only chrome ones I could find are for the entrance door. No big deal, I suppose it is safer to leave it unlocked.

I believe it's illegal to lock a compartment door covering/hiding a RV propane tank shut off valve
If you are worried about possible "fuel theft" put a locking fuel cap on the driver side fuel filler, (behind that compartment door with no lock).

What's strange on our coach is the the passenger side fuel bay door has locks taking two different keys but the driver's side only has a key lock for the small fuel door and the large bay door isn't lockable. Oh, and all 3 of those locks have to be manually locked, unlike all the other bay doors which lock electronically with the Key Fob.
Mike
This RV compartment door lock looks to be an exact replacement for the "NO KEY LOCK!" latch pictured.

However you will have to contact TriMark, https://www.trimarkcorp.com/en/Contact.aspx , to see if it is available in chrome.

Some days I get multiple copies of the digest, some days only one, and some days none.
IMO one, (and/or multiples, which I simply delete or ignore), is far better than none.

Paul
Is the SeaLand Magnum Opus toilet a "macerating" toilet?
If not, (and/or if you can use a "gravity flush" toilet), these Sealand 510 toilets, ( https://tinyurl.com/tqvnjqk ), are "controller free"... (and virtually "trouble free").
(The Sealand 510 toilet in my '96 Safari is 24 years old....in a now 150.000+ mile coach).

Because coach builders, like Monaco or REV did not/ did not make the bi-fold door hardware, (and much of the other hardware) that they used when building their coaches, I suggest you check at a Lowes, a Menards, a Home Depot and/or at an ordinary hardware store for that bi-fold door "bottom guide".

I think you missed part of my post, with the coach heat on, I will turn on the fridge, & see if it will hold ice.
Dave
I did misread....Sorry
In that case ...How can the outside temperature have anything to with the freezer operation if/when the outside vents are CLOSED/BLOCKED OFF?
-

What does the temperature get down to in the winter where you are at? With the coach sitting outside with no heat on,
I suspect the blocking of the vents would not keep the freezer going in the cold weather, with temps in the 20's here outside Baltimore, MD.
I am going to put the heat on (low) for a coupe days after I close off the vents, turn on the fridge, & see if freezer will hold ice.
Dave
Can you please explain why would you, (or anyone), needs, (or wants), a refrigerator with a freezer that "will hold ice" when it's turned OFF?
Thanks

Hi all,
I'd like to pull a network cable into my living/dinette slide-out. I can see the end of the telescoping conduit inside the frame rail, and I've dug into the cabinet under the dinette and can see where the slideout wiring enters under the cabinet.
What's involved with fishing a wire through this tube? I'm not seeing an easy way to push a fish tape in the tube and turn the corner up into the cabinet.
Thanks Walter
Walter
I suggest you try a fish tape
