Sorry, I read your post that he was stranded on the Monacoers Yahoo site not the Monacoers.org site.
He would have to follow the moderators instructions as to how to sign on to the Monacoers .org site.
How to sign onto the NEW Monacoers.org site, (formally the Monacoeres Yahoo group)
Go to https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Monacoers/conversations/messages (OR https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Monacoers/info ).....then to: http://monacoers.org.

Remember, your email was already UPLOADED....so you are a MEMBER....but you have NOT completed the process and CHANGED YOUR PASSWORD....Repeat... Do NOT USE the Sign-UP tab (in black).
IF you can't GET IN or SIGNED UP.....the SCROLL to the bottom and use the CONTACT US. A moderator or administrator will get back to you and assist you individually. http://monacoers.org

We are looking for a pull down window black out shade, not the screen. 22 inch wide for the bedroom. Color is off white or something like that. Let me know if you have one to sell or know where to get one besides MCD who are very proud of their products. Thanks.

If you Google "blackout roller window shades" you will find many "roller shade", (aka: "pull down shade"), suppliers who sell made to order "room darkening", (aka: " black out"), roller shades in may different colors.

Recently replaced all marker lights with Bargman #59 LED lights. Total of 12 lights. Yesterday the 20 Amp fuse for the markers blew. My research says the LED bulbs are about 10-15% lower voltage than the older incandescents. Other than wiring issues that I still need to explore any thoughts on why fuse would fail?
Pat C
It has to be a wiring issue because 12 replacement 12 volt LEDs use 85-90% fewer amps than the 12 12V incandescents they replaced.

Curious about suggestions if any to clean and sanitize fresh water tank. I've had this rig 12 years and flushed it once but never sanitized with bleach or anything. I add about 2ozs clorox to every second or third filling just enough but not enough to get the clorine taste and odor. Water seems fresh and clear, as it goes through a primary filter and a carbon filter. Thoughts, TIA
Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah to all from Joanee and I to all my Monacoers family.
I sanitized my fresh water system only twice, (once in '02 and once in '16), and we use tank water for everything unless we have a campground water hookup.

$490 per tire is a good price.
I replaced mine one axle at a time over 3 years. Price stayed the same each year. $550 per tire, spun balanced and installed.
This was in Oregon, so no tax.

I suggest you check with Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair : https://communitytirepros.com/MyInstallers/store_finder, (They have three locations in the Phoenix, AZ, area) .
A friend recently got a set of 6 Sumitomo Tires for his Safari installed and balanced for $2,000, ($334 each, plus sales tax).
I don't know if they sell Toyos.

I went in and changed the site setting to 90 minutes. The 5 minute setting was not working properly.
Thanks Scotty.
90 minutes is much better than the original 5 minutes....(and an improvement over Yahoo ...(where one couldn't Edit his posts, only Delete them).

Jim, instead of the balancing weights that they recommend to you and did for me the first time with new tires, I eventually went with balance masters and never worry about it again. Anyway, the spin balance in my area was $30 per wheel and the stick-on weights were still pretty stuck when I removed them after ~30k miles so it must have been a matter of cleaning the rim before application. Just my experience...
I've been using the same set of Centramatic Balancers. (on both the steer and drive wheels/tires), since '02. ... https://www.centramatic.com/balancers.rhtml
They are currently on, with the 4th set of tires, on my now 150.000+ mile coach.

Hi All,
I'm getting ready to replace my one original solar panel with four new ones.
The roof is a loose fiberglass skin and feels like a thin layer of thin plywood underneath. I'm thinking it would be impractical to find ribs to screw the mounts into.
Are the brackets just fastened into the plywood skin and plywood with wood screws?
And on panel locations: the original panel is on the center-line just aft of the middle A/C. I'm planning to put one in the same location, and another immediately aft of it. These two shouldn't have much of a shading problem.
Then put two more panels on the road-side next to the front and rear A/Cs. My reasoning is that I can probably position the rig to minimize shadows if both panels are shaded the same way.
Picture attached. Does this sound like a good approach?
Thanks
Walter

My solar panels are fastened to aluminum angles which are attached to the roof sub-straight with well nuts:

Every wrecker driver SHOULD know that the driveshaft MUST be removed before a tow.
However like many "professionals", some wrecker drivers are lazy, some are incompetent, while some just don't care.
I had one tell me that a 25 mile tow "COULD NOT hurt anything"... I had to INSIST that he remove the driveshaft.

Both of the times I need a tow the wrecker driver, (sent by CoachNet), removed the 4 bolts and 2 straps holding the differential end universal joint to the output yoke of the differential... then he pulled the spline end out of the transmission... thereby completely removing the drive shaft with both universal joints attached.

Hmmm... sounds like a glitch. Banner should resize and not cover up buttons...
It's on the list...

Thanks for that.

What I see is similar to Dwight's screen shot... but without the black SIGN UP box in the upper right corner.
I assume the white Bill D's Monacoers banner is oversized and therefore covering/hiding the "Sign Up/ Sign In" buttons?
How do I edit a post that I have posted?
