Our brake light issues were caused by the old trailer wiring.  I removed it and installed a new 3 into 2 trailer tail light converter and everything has been fine since.  

Hope you get it figured out.

Did your coach come with a solar panel?  If so, then it's the solar charge wire.  

Check the boiler fluid level.  

The incoming water temperature has a lot to do with how much hot water you have. 

 Are you using water from a shore hookup, or your onboard fresh water tank? 

Try filling your fresh water tank the day prior.  This water will warm up to the bay temperature overnight.  Then try using water from the onboard tank.  

The audio video cabinet outlet, the microwave outlet, the bedroom nightstand outlets, one of the two outlets behind the refrigerator, and possibly a couple of others are wired through the inverter.  All others are not wired through the inverter.  

I haven't specifically checked your 2006 owners manual, but most of the Monaco owners manuals outline this.  

Some folks mistakenly place the Navigator above the Executive.  However, one of the old Monaco Coach Corp managers told me that Monaco purposely kept the MSRP of the Executive just above the Navigator.  But, the Navigator retained the unique front and rear caps from the old Holiday Rambler days.

Your leveling system operation starts on page 356.  If you have hydraulic leveling, then it's an RVA system.  If you have the automatic air leveling system, then its an HWH system.

Most of these coaches use a VDO 360 023 oil pressure sending unit.  It's a 0-180ohm dual terminal sending unit.  You can pick one up on eBay for $34.  

The American Eagle is very nice.  I would also look at the Newmar London Aire and Entegra Cornerstone.  

I would wait until (or IF) it really becomes a problem.  Right now, they are guessing.  And they could induce more problems when they replace that wiring harness.

First try cleaning the air hose ends.  Release the system pressure and press the release ring to remove the tubing (one at a time).  Clean the hose end well.  If it has a large depression in the plastic, trim about 1/4" from the end.   Put some WD-40 or ATF on it and reinsert it.  After doing all the plastic tubing ends, repressurize it and see if it holds air.  

If it still leaks, then label each hose and remove the fitting and take to a heavy truck parts shop.  They should have a replacement,

Do you have both a High and Low Jake brake?  Is it intermittent in both?

Does it make a difference if the Cruise control is on or off?

The Intellitec Big Boy relay does not combine the house and chassis batteries until the house batteries reach a preset voltage.  And even then the Big Boy is notorious for carbon build up on the main copper contact inside.  As a result, they require cleaning or replacement periodically.  

Some folks are replacing the Big Boy with a Blue Sea ML-ACR.  It's a much better system and comes with a lifetime guarantee.  

Monaco installed the Heliotrope RV series solar charge controller.  Of course the Heliotrope is an older PWM type and the newer MPPT charge controllers are more efficient.  If you have the RV45D it can provide up to 45 amps of charge to both battery banks.  That's generally considered 500 to 800 watts of solar panels.  I've installed three 225 watt panels and never maxed it out.  (I should say Renogy panels would not be my 1st recommendation.)

Having said all that, solar is often misunderstood and folks tend to confuse watts with amps.  You really need around 2000 watts minimum to be effective.

Travel at night or very early morning.  Sometimes we carry a garden sprayer full of water.  If engine or generator heats ups, spray the appropriate radiator.  

Swap the thermostats from front to rear.  Make sure you perform a system reset on both.  See if the problem follows the thermostats.  

Depending on where you live (humidity) you may just need to clean all the RJ11 terminal plugs with some good electrical cleaner like Hosa DeoxtIT.  Clean the RJ11 couplers inside up under the air filters.  

If you have the Maytag residential refrigerator, it uses a common ice maker.  Both Whirlpool and Maytag use the same ice maker.  I ordered the part online and watched a YouTube video on replacing it.  Took less than 15 min.

A 2007 model should have a Valid leveling system.  Does it have air, or air and hydraulic leveling?

What makes you think the roof needs replacing?  This is rare, but potentially a huge project.

Is the ice machine stand alone, or inside the refrigerator freezer?

The Dishwasher is a Fisher and Paykel DS603I drawer model.  It's fairly easy to replace, but maybe you should have it checked first.  

If you find your Recreational Vehicle Data Card from Monaco, it will list each appliance with the model and serial number.  

If not inside the circuit breaker box, then it should be behind the washer/dryer. 

Does the middle A/C display on the thermostat?

I would switch over to two of the Group 31 batteries.  They last longer and provide better cranking power.  Your back will also appreciate the two group 31 vs one 8D.  

Measure your battery tray.  The  group 31 is 13" long by 6.75" wide and 9.5" tall.  

There are now some available online. Quite a difference in price.

This is what the underside of the boiler looks like.  The copper tubing on the bottom is exposed next to the exhaust port.  (On the newer Aqua Hot boilers, the tubing is on the inside of the boiler.)

Any time you turn water pressure on to the coach (onboard pump or shore water) the Aqua Hot loop is pressurized.  

If it's coming from the Aqua Hot enclosure you need to remove the upper half of the Aqua Hot stainless steel cover and see where it's coming from.  

These older Aqua Hot units have the copper tubing wound around the outside of the boiler.  They tend to develop leaks which requires either replacing the tubing or replacing the boiler assembly.

This thread has 21 pages of good information on the hydraulic fan controller.  Many of us have abandoned the electronic controller because they are difficult to find and over $1k.  And they still fail.  I converted ours to a mechanical wax valve and it is working better than ever.

Interesting. We can't see the slip portion of the slip yoke that slips in/out of the transmission.  All I see is the blue plug pushing out.  

I'd use one flat pry bar on each side and push it back in.
