You can use a funnel with a piece of hose pushed onto the end of the funnel. By raising it above the opening, it will drain without making a mess. Hope this helps.

The door may have an inflatable air gasket. The front door is a common place for air leaks. That might be a good place to start. Hope this helps.

As Richard stated above, the valve stem extenders are an accident waiting to happen. As far as balancing beads getting into the  valve stems, check tire pressure with the valve stems as close to the 12 o’clock position as possible. Also, give the valve stem a shot of air to clear any balancing beads from the valve stem before checking air pressure. Once you get the routine down, really not a problem when checking air pressure. This has worked really well for me with the dully valves and my Tire Minder sensors. Hope this helps.

Are you sure it’s an outside leak penetrating the door seal or possibly a plumbing leak getting inside the bay? When does it leak? After a good rain or washing coach, or randomly? When running pump? Once you figure out when it is leaking, then you can figure out next step. Hope this helps.

Looks like part of the flange is broken off. Don’t know of any fix for that other than a new exhaust manifold/flange from generator. Do you have a parts manual for generator? That might be a good place to start.

The center post is the feed from the alternator. Remove the jumpers from the center post that go to the outside post’s. That will be your stock configuration. The outside post’s go to each bank of batteries, chassis/ house. Hope this helps.

Do you have a washer? That drain gets overlooked. If you haven’t used the washer lately, the drain has probably dried out.

For those of us with a CAT motor, should this also be done with our ECM’s?  Will a Cummins shop be able to do this, or just a CAT shop?

I would also be concerned about the Aqua Hot internal loop. Air alone will not winterize your coach. You must pump RV antifreeze through system to insure no freeze damage. Could be an expensive lesson, good luck.

My dash vents will get stuck closed occasionally when first turning on AC. Have not figured out what is making it stick closed, but by turning on fan to high setting it will eventually blow the door open, allowing air flow through dash vents. Will be following this to see if someone comes up with a solution!

Have someone start the generator while you measure the voltage with a volt meter at the battery bank. It should drop slightly on the bank that starts the generator. Hope this helps.

Sounds like the splines on the shaft are stripped. Make sure the nut holding the wiper assembly to the shaft is tight. Hope this helps.

May I also suggest to take a picture or two of the cables BEFORE disconnecting. May save you some grief later. Hope this helps.

Are all three zones turned to heat on both thermostats. On mine, they all have to be set to the same mode.

There is a reset on the electronic control board. Low voltage reset. A toothpick or any non metallic pin will fit in reset hole. Hope this helps.

The big object is probably a Bose Acoustimass. If it got wet, then you will need to repair or replace it. I have one that got wet and will not work as you describe. Found one on E-bay, have not had time to replace it yet. Also, there is a fuse inside, that may be your problem. Hope this helps.

I believe the last Beaver Marquis was built in 2010. Not sure what you are looking at but maybe the year is wrong. Hope this helps.
