  1. We did replace one in a previous RV. I can’t recall exactly, but I think we took dimensions and ordered a cheaper replacement. Other than the ice container needing a little trimming, it worked great. Sure do miss it in our current RV. Cathy
  2. I replaced curtains in our coach. I ordered two 45 x 96 panels from amazon for about $25. The track ours hung on had a small hook. The original curtains had a woven strip on the top with loops that went over the hooks. I bought very small binder clips and attached them to the long side of the curtain panels and out the “handles”of the binder clip over the hook. It worked great, looked great and cost about $30.
  3. So sorry for your bad luck. It truly does sound like the trip from hell.
  4. Hubby had it disassembled in about 4 hours. Cleaned inner cooler, transmission cooler, and the radiator without cutting anything or getting inside motorhome. All done thru rear hatch. He had it reassembled in about 3 hours. He is amazing, if I do say so myself!!
  5. Friday we accidentally poked a hole in the radiator on our 2002 Knight. We have a trip planned and finding a new radiator is problematic. We were able to remove the radiator out the back and a family member who owns a welding shop was able to weld the very small hole shut. We were able to reinstall everything thru the back without even going inside the motor home. Just did a 20 mile test run. No leaking!!!
  6. That looks just like ours. A bunched mess under the drivers feet. Let us know if you find a replacement.
  7. We replaced our fuel sensor from the top of the tank. There was a screw on lid in the middle of the coach between the pass thru compartments. Pm us if you need more information.
  8. We just replaced our fuel sensor. Here is a link. http://www.centroidproducts.com/
  9. Are all 4 shocks the same? We show our 2002 Knight uses 186599 on the rear. Let me know. We are interested in 2 shocks for the front. Thanks, Cathy
  10. You have 2 part numbers listed. We are interested. We have a 2002 knight. But want to confirm exactly what shocks you have. Where are you located?
  11. A follow up. Washer is up and running. I am embarrassed to admit the filter was completely clogged. I have been using detergent pods. Has anyone else had a problem with them gunking up the filter?
  12. First off. I love my Splendide vented combo washer/dryer. I call it my miracle machine. But last night as we lay in bed,it awakenned me sounding funny. Water was draining out the door and the water was to the top of the window as the dryer tried to tumble the clothes dry. The washer would not pump out. It apparently filled to wash, filled to rinse and was unable to pump any water out. There was a puddle in front of washer as well as in the corner of the bedroom. I stopped it and turned off water pump so no more water could be pumped in. We tried to figure out what our next move would be. Open the door and spill gallons of water, continue to let it dribble and sop it up with towels all night long? I am sharing the solution to the dilemma so maybe it will help someone else. We threaded our air hose down the drain and siphoned the wash water into the shower. I have a brilliant Magiver Man! He gets major kudos for quick thinking at midnight! After this trip, we will have to figure out what failed and repair, but I was sure glad not to have to open that door!!!!
  13. We have a 2002 Knight, we have not found the overflow for the fresh water tank. It seems that the tank must be full, but the water just keeps going in without coming out anywhere on the ground or on the inside. Can you guys help us out? This is a new motorhome to us and we sure love it. Thanks all.
  14. Mechanic hubby says those 3 holes were for assembly line ease and not needed. It was used in factory only. Not needed for replacement. Be fine without.
