This may be the wrong place, do to a health issue I may be selling my 2001 Monaco Dynasty Jack 38 foot Motorhome it has two slides with a 350 Cummins Diesel in it showing 29 thousand and change mileage on it. I’ve put about 1000 miles on it since the oil change it has 6 new tires and new house batteries. I rebuild the aqua hot system last year and had HWH go through the Control box in the belly. I was wandering where I could get an estimate on a price. I live in Southern Indiana. Thanks in advance.

EDIT….. There is a current and ongoing topic that deals with Norcold and power and operating issues. This topic is being merged. It is suggested that Steven review it. The issue is “ does the Norcold have good DC power incoming or is there a problem with the internal control board?”. This has to be resolved before any specific help can be given…..rather than shotgunning…END of Edit Can’t get my Norcold fridge to turn on. No power to the controls on the front of the panel. It’s in a 2001 Monaco Dynasty Jack 38.

I value you guys knowledge on theses Monaco Motorhome Homes, we have came to the conclusion that the alternator is only putting out 10.5 volts which is no where enough to keep the coach running. My question would be. What’s everyone’s opinion on rebuilding it or buying new. Not sure what the rebuilding will be as the business doesn’t open for another hour, the cost of a new one is from 650. To 800. Dollars.

That’s what I was wandering the post are clean and tight. The came host had a battery charger with start bost, I got it started and backed in the camp site , the transmission light didn’t come back on so I’m guessing it might be the alternator. Thanks. I’m new at these motorhomes I’ll Google Sliver Leaf and see what it takes to install.

Thanks. For some reason to be decided later my Batteries were dead. Got them charged and everything is working now

My 2001 Monaco Dynasty Jack transmission check light came on. I got to the campground and and unhooked my tow vehicle, now the engine won’t start. Setting in the middle of the road and need help please.

Has anyone tried or have done, putting the speakers on room controls some how. The bedroom and kitchen come on every time I turn the radio on.

My 01 Monaco has a 20 ‘ carefree there’s a hole in the cover at the bottom of the motor where you can insert a 9/64th Allen wrench on a drill and turn the motor and open the awning. Also there are 12V fittings Com out of it you can hook a battery pack to and open or close the Awing be sure and unplug the motor on the outside wall of the coach before using the 12V method, there’s a chance you can burn the controller up if you don’t.

I will use my Camco ends and buy a new #6 - 4 wire cable when I get back home. I did go ahead and tighten all the electric fit and checked the breakers.
