  1. I'm new to the RV world and love it so far. Learning a lot as I go. I've only had my 2006 Diplomat since June of 2023. I recently changed the desiccant air filter because I don't think it had ever been changed before. After completing the change I turned on the coach and aired the system back up. Once the system was up to 130lbs I went for a test drive. The air brake knob in the cab had a lot more pressure behind it when pushing it up or down. The brake pedal was stiffer and smoother when applying the brakes. The coach sat for a couple of days and stayed level. I went on a 600 mile trip 3 days after the change and everything worked as it should except now the rear air suspension will lose all its air over night. Not sure if it's related to changing the filter or I have an air leak somewhere in the rear air suspension thats unrelated. Any suggestions would be appreciated.....
  2. Appreciate all the replies… what I discovered was if I have my generator running prior to starting the coach the TV will stay on. Obviously if drive without the generator being on I’m out of luck. So for now all Is well. Thanks again for all the comments.
  3. Thanks... I'm gonna work on it the first part of next week when it cools down some and I'll let you know what I come up with. I really appreciate all the input from everyone.
  4. I have a 2006 Diplomat. The original stereo worked just fine. When I put the coach in storage I turned off the coach and house batteries. I got the coach out of storage this past weekend and when I turned the power back onto the coach my radio would not work. I checked the fuse in the fuse panel and it was blown. I replaced the fuse and it blew again. I wanted to upgrade my stereo anyways so I purchased a new stereo and installed it. I replaced the blown fuse and it blew again. Not sure where to go from here, There must be a loose ground somewhere. I was told to find another positive wire under the dash and splice into that. Has anyone else had something similar or any other advice? Thanks inm advance.
  5. I looked and wasn’t sure which was the correct fuse to take out. I’ll take a pic of the fuse box and maybe you can let me Know.
  6. I just have the romex wires going into the back of the outlet. Not sure if prior owner took out the 12v wire and didn’t do something correct because it still turns off when the ignition is turned on
  7. 2006 Diplomat…..I’m aware that it’s illegal to drive with the front TV on but besides that what has others done to bypass the ignition kill. I’ve read elsewhere to disconnect a red wire that’s attached to the outlet. I’ve taken mine apart and there is no such wire. I’ve also read to change out the current outlet with a regular 120v. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
