Joelsheriff
When a shop is replacing seals what does that consist of. Rough tape to sweep, and what other material like actual sweep material, rubber around outside of slide wall sealing when out. Etc. TIA
Steven P
I replaced my bedroom slide seals. The biggest part was the double bulb wiper blade seal. The new one was pushed on the metal tab for a snug fit. I had to use 2 diff sizes due to a larger gap at the top of the slide and had to order from 2 online stores. There are also other gaskets/seals around the perimeter of the slide for when it's closed. All of these require removal of the old and prepping the area for the new. Steele Rubber has a great RV video section that helped me see the process before I did mine. Here's the link when I did mine: Steele rubber https://www.steelerubber.com/camper-rv Edited January 25, 2021 by Steven P
