mpgast
I have old Fantastic fan. With the good fuse all the way in and locked it will not get any power. With the fuse held in lightly it does get power. Anyone have a idea what might be going on?

Chuck B 2004 Windsor
The spring in the fuse holder has been compacted down. Reach into the fuse holder with a pair of long nose plyers and pull the spring up a little bit. That will streach the spring enough to make contact with the fuse. If you are careful, you might be able to use a small enough wooden dowel with a drop of super glue to stick to the fuse and pull it out.
