My left brake lights and left turning not working. Bulb is good.

I had the same thing, and found out I had a bad relay. My relay box was in the front curb side front compartment.

You can get these relays from Amazon (Omron12077866 is the same as the Tyco)

If you zoom in on my first picture, you will see the names for each relay. 
the fist picture is the cover to the relay box

there are also corresponding fuses in there as well

John,  Your fuses for the turn signals on the 2009 are in the rear passenger side compartment.  There is a plastic box with them inside.  The pictures by Kevin are of a 2003 Neptune which are correct for that model and year.  However, Monaco relocated them in 2008-09 to the rear.  I don't have a picture.

Thanks I looked into the the rear capartmet where the big boy is located. I found fuses but none of them related about brake or left turn.
