cbr046
The wet bay heater works fine (after I replaced the internal fuse last spring). I never really had to use it after the repair. Now it works great, confirmed with logging thermometer. However, the heater element turns off at 40F but the fan never shuts off until the temp gets to maybe 60F or so. So every morning I go out there with a hair dryer and heat up the snap switch until the heater stops blowing. Then it's good until the next day. Turning off System Heat at the control panel doesn't reset the switch, but it does turn off the fan. Anybody run into this? - bob
redstickbill
Bob, as near as I recall the snap disk would cut in about 40 degrees and the system would shut down around 50 or 55 degrees. It has been years since I had a coach with the snap disk system. I now have an Aqua-hot system. Bill B 07 Dynasty
Reka52
On my unit I shut off the system heat in am turn on at bedtime and I can see the remote temp gauge rising so I know the heater has reset. Yes my fan will continue running after the heater has shut down
